Took my 3 year old to Zelda to get her ears pierced for first time. Zelda was absolutely fantastic with her. Extremely patient. Friendly. Made the experience great for my daughter. Highly recommend for piercings.
Zelda pierced my flat today and was very cautious and made sure I was comfortable. She did a great job and I will definitely return for her in the future!
Diana did an amazing job! She took time to work with me on the design and to make sure everything was just right. Her line work is flawless and I’m in love with my new ink! The shop has a great vibe. I would recommend Diana and this shop to anyone, and will definitely go back for more!
My first tattoo in 25+ years. Didn't know what to expect. First of all - cool atmosphere. Art from local artists on the walls and for sale. The artist, Chad "Duck" , was very professional and took his time to make sure the ink was straight and perfectly centered. He did an awesome job of covering up a previous tattoo. I love it and will be back for more. EDIT...i came back for more.😄
Amazing tattoo establishment. Great staff and amazing artists inside who knock out every job they do. Extremely recommend. My artist was Riley Chase. Can't wait for the new location as well.
I’ve heard a lot of good things about this place. Unfortunately the one time I had work done there I had a terrible experience. They failed to inform me that I was being tattooed by an apprentice , had I known I definitely would not have chosen to get such a meaningful tattoo done by someone inexperienced. If I was a tattoo apprentice, I would not be tattooing memorial pieces on people knowing my skills may not be up to par just yet. I will now have to get it covered and I spent good money on it. :(
Had an apt. Artist “completely blanked” and forgot about my appointment. I work two jobs, I don’t have a lot of time off to do these kinds of things. She offered me a percent off to reschedule, but at this point, completely forgetting a booking - you lost my business.
So an amazing piercer name Zelda did my Lorum piercing today which is an intimate piercing. I was very nervous for many reasons, and she made me feel so comfortable while getting it done and included all the aftercare advice I needed!! I can’t highly recommend Zelda enough for anyone looking for a piercing!! my girlfriend and I are already planning more piercings to get done by her!! I wish I could leave the shop and her more than five stars!

Best place for a picnic in the suburbs of Cleveland. For dining benches and tables are available. Feels like a place inside a thick forest. Ideal play area for children. Rest room is available but no proper maintenance. To be improved.

We had an excellent experience at this location! Our subs were freshly made and delicious! Service was outstanding, and the restaurant was very clean! I personally think that Penn Station Subs has the best bread of any sandwich chain! You must try it
