Worked at this center for over 8 years. So, I will try to detail my own experiences instead of providing any generic feedback. This feedback will be more detailed, so please bear with me. The whole place was filled up with managers with experiences over 15-20 years, stuck in their roles without any change and pretty much know how to manage the system. When the water doesn't flow alright, it smells. And the stench will be unbearable at times for those who face it. Unfortunately I had to work with 2 b2b rogue managers (Jafar Sbed Sabiq) and Avadhoot Doshi )who fall in this category. Promotions are not done timely or not done at all irrespective of your competency (I had the highest ratings and A bands throughout, but still faced severe delays in getting promoted). The basic idea is if you get promoted, you will be at their level in couple of years. So, you can understand what and all happened. Diversity and inclusion is a huge. Most of the managers maintain coterie of people either from their own community or who will support them at all times irrespective of whether it's right or wrong. So, all the promotions and increments go to many of these incompetents. If you are here on L1 visas, you will be a caged bird, kind of bonded labour and you will be taken advantage of till the extreme extent. These managers don't understand the basic Visa rules and regulations and you will be allocated to projects where something or the other is missing to maintain compliance (and to be taken advantage of). Skip level meetings don't happen at all. Skip level manager just believes whatever your manager projects about you and your project. Krishna K Unni was one such skip that we had. These so called senior managers have an opinion on everybody, but don't know facts about anyone.All these people do is get project updates from multiple managers and forward that status to upper mgmt. Anonymous feedback process doesn't exist at all. If you try to escalate about any of the ongoing issues, your skip will reveal all the details and your name directly to your manager and both of them will ensure that your career is ruined. Great way of taking feedback and working towards improving the work culture. Leadership only cares about getting new projects and business. They didn't had any kind of concern in understanding the health of ongoing projects, who is actually performing and who is not, their issues, etc. I had to slightly change the names here for obvious reasons. If not for Uday, these jokers would still be working here and spoiling many other careers. Recently, the work culture changed for the better when some of these old Nawabs left this company, but there are still areas which need improvement.

They will only hire Indians. If you are from any other country, don't expect to get a job because they only hire their own people. I interviewed for a Microsoft contract having previous experience. I answered almost every question right and the interviewer said I had the necessary skills. A few days later he called the subcontractor and said I was not qualified. The true reason is that I'm not from India. When I did work at Microsoft, almost every name I saw with Tata was in fact Indian, and it was well known they much prefer hiring people from their country. If you Google search for the Tata and Infosys lawsuit, you will find that they are being sued for refusing to hire Americans, and in fact, a former recruiter said he was told NOT to hire anybody but Indians. This company has dozens 5 star reviews. Look at the names. All from India. Proves my point.

I think this company it's just a camp of freaky ppl! I went there for interview and I did passed; I'vetold that by friend I have working there; and after 2 weeks when I did not got a feedback I called them and I've told the hiring manager there changed the job description and they seeking someone else! What the heck!

I believe this to be a SCAM recruiting organization that collects personal information from job seekers. Every phone and address listed for this company is not legitimate. BEWARE!!! My Sype account was attacked by someone representing this group from New York.

Quite possibly the best employer I've ever had. They have an emphasis on employee education and certification that they live by, rather than just say for marketing purposes.

It's a legitimate company based out of India with satellite offices/sites globally. I'd recommend researching prior to accusing.
