Finally we have got tasty Mediterranean in Virginia Beach Blvd. I tried Saffron rice with chicken with 2 sides salad and eggplant (moussaka) was delicious. Wanted to try all but super happy to have nice Mediterranean restaurant to family and our guest . Super clean. Hope they will succeed. Shawarmas, diners are so juicy and flavorful. It is tasty kebab Mediterranean Cuisine and they serve Halal:)))loved this place:) tea was great too:) so many smiles:) little update after one year:( little more spicy and less portions:( a lot of rice but there was portion problems:( hope they don’t loss quality anymore lamb was Chevy:((((too.
One of the first places I tried when I moved down here. They do not disappoint!! The food is great!! I like trying different things and boy oh boy, wonderful flavors, great portions, I love, love, love it!
OMG… within a few bites this place brought me back to the Middle East, I felt I was in Cairo Baghdad or even Abu Dhabi when it comes to the street food flavor and how the food cooked and prepared. The two ladies went to above and beyond to make sure that I have everything that I need it. Also, this place is very clean extremely clean. I have been in mom & pop shops/ family restaurants before but this one is way better. I’ve had the lamp and beef plate with eggplant Musaqa’a … which is like a veggie soup. Also, iced added the garlic sauce with the spicy one and the flavor will enrich your experience.
And when you all finished, you better have some Moroccan mint tea 🍵

Food was very tasty, very clean and great customer service. My new favorite place to eat., they serve best Moroccan Tagine. They are new restaurant (2-3 months old), they will go really far if they keep up.

I was with a coworker last night and we couldn't decide where to go. A friend recommended this place so we decided to give it a try. The first thing I noticed was that the place was very clean which I appreciate when I am eating on the road.
I decided on the chicken tagine and my coworker had a kabob. During ordering we chatted briefly with the owners of the restaurant and realized they are extremely friendly. You got the sense that this was going to be a positive experience.
While we were waiting on the order, the owner came out and offered us a free soup which we decided to try. He then joined us at the table and had a bowl of soup with us followed by more conversation. It was fantastic.
The food arrives and I immediately see that the portions are fairly large. My order needed two plates! For my side, I had hummus and pita. The pita was fresh and the hummus was incredible with just a small drizzle of olive oil on it and several really nice olives. From there, I started on the main course. The chicken tagine was delicious, cooked perfectly. The sauce was very tasty just the right amount. The saffron rice was done to perfection and great flavor. The eggplant also was delicious. By the time I finished eating, I was stuffed.
Overall, this place is fantastic and I would happily eat here again. Pricing was very reasonable but the part that stands out is the quality of the food and service. Fantastic meal and experience.
Amazing service, excellent Shawarma I had been craving for and mouth watering chicken Kabab and lamb kabob over rice was great. Plenty of parking. I would certainly be visiting them regularly.
Have been looking for a Kabab/Shawarma place that cooks in house and doesn't buy the prepackaged "gyro" meat. Wad delicious, flavorful, and about as authentic as your going to get in the VB/Norfolk area. I will definitely go back when I'm in the area again.
