For me it is the hidden gem in the polish home style food in New Britain with a Warsaw atmosphere. If you like or wish to taste polish style food it is good place to start. While you wait in line, you can choose to dine in or take to go!
One of the best eateries in Connecticut. Healthy, hardy, wholesome and delicious 😋 Definitely worth the trip, try my favorite (soup of the day) always hot, and or any other soup. Please come hungry and leave satisfied, don't forget your veggie sides and leave room for a variety of amazing desserts. 😉
I rarely will give 5 stars but this place earned it. Food is unpretentious, plentiful and flavorful. Don't be intimidated by the Polish signage at first, you'll see English translations on the board and the friendly girl dishing up the hearty fare speaks English anyway. Everything we ate over 2 days (in a row!) of lunches was delicious!
First time here. Polish pizzas and sandwiches. I chose the contractor sandwich which had egg, cheese hash brown and kielbasa. It was toasted on a roll with ketchup. I would try the garlic butter sauce next time. I enjoyed this with a hot coffee and a cold pressed juice. The kielbasa was delicious and we found out it's locally sold in the Polish shops in town. Our server was helpful and pleasant. The restaurant was very cozy and clean in a nice location.
Very tasty food, a bit small on the portion size, especially the polish sausage. They handled long lines better than any other vendor at The Little Polish Festival. And since it was not directly on the main drag, they had many shade covered tables. The best way they has a little bit of everything so you don't have to search for stuff
I always eat tasty food there! And the service is very pleasant! I recommend it 👋🏻
Very good food. Im Slovak customer. Friendly waitress there. See you next time. Stan Duda.
This was the second time that I visited this restaurant. Talk about great food. It was delicious!! All of the dishes are homemade by people who really know how to cook. It's sort of like a little taste of Poland! Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I would highly, highly recommend going to the store whenever you're in new britain. Or even just to drive out there for it. It's well worth it
This was quite a tastey place to go for lunch. The food was filling, but didn't leave me feeling stuffed. This is by no means an upscale place. You can definitely see the wear throughout. But, it just adds to the charm and authenticity of the pla
Hands down one of the best Thai Restaurants Iâve been to on both the east and west coasts. The food was flavorful and delicious and the perfect amount for either a solo entree or to share (we got an appetizer and three entrees). The staff and owner
I have gone here for breakfast quite a bit over the years The food here is good, prices are reasonable, and the owner is very involved which is great. The staff here is friendly. My usual is the Western Omelet with cheese, home fries, wheat toast, an
I visited Chelsey Park in Newington with my kids and we had a great time. The park has a lot of features to offer for families with children of different ages. The splash pad is huge and fun. It's actually two in one with two separate activation poi
