These people with the outstanding reviews must be related to the person behind the register. This place was dirty and the food was nasty on top of it was expensive !! Okay okay, the baked potato was okay and the bottled soda was good too!🤣🤣🤣 other than that, I do not recommend this place at all. The food left a terrible taste that I really regretted going there but we live and learn. So save your money or go to White Castle across the street. Seriously though, they need to clean their tables, wipe down their ketchup bottles and get better eating utensils and get a better cook. I say the other reviews are lies

I order taste of Chicago for my sister every year for Christmas. This year I was having difficulty ordering online as a guest and when it said I already had an account I wasn’t getting a password reset for my account so I had to set up an account with a new email. Somehow the billing and mailing address were mixed up however no one said anything and my sister received the food but the dry ice was gone and the food had gone bad. When I contacted them I had no response. When my sister contacted them they said to not eat and they would send a replacement. My sister verified the correct address and they were sending. We received a tracking number but my sister still hadn’t received anything. They informed me that I could reorder and get 50% off. I paid over $100 for the original order I wasn’t going to pay again. Customer service has been a nightmare. I do not recommend!!

Had items shipped. NEVER AGAIN. what rip off. They take advantage that you can't confront the. In person. Definitely not worth the price they charge for the :GARBAGE the send you. Supermarket frozen pizza is better. BUYER BEWARE you have been warned

As always, the fish tacos are the best! If you can, try to eat there for the best texture when it’s still crispy

I ordered pizzas for delivery. When I went to make the pizza, they had a foul, rotten smell to them. I have been trying over a week to resolve the issue with customer service. Nobody will call me back and the customer service reps have been incredibly rude and have offered no help. Im told a supervisor has tried to contact me, I have no voicemails or missed calls.

I ordered a six pack of pizzas online. They got here frozen and we cooked one right away. Excellent!!

Basic, working class kinda lunch spot. Good food at very reasonable prices. Not all fancy and gourmet, which I like because it keeps prices down. Nice place to grab a quick, satisfying meal.
