This is absolutely the worst Target I have ever shopped at. Guest Services provides zero service. I showed the woman at the service counter an offer I was sent on the Target app. I asked her if she could help me figure out why it wasn't applying to my cart, and all she kept saying was, "I don't know." I showed her the offer, and she said," I have no idea what that is. " Why are you at guest services if you don't know your services ma'am? Please explain that. I refused to engage with her any further and just left everything. I was not going to give her any further pleasure of providing zero service.

Horrible experience. A tall dark-skinned manager/security member (not sure) with long dread locs confronted me after touching a cheap looking walkie talkie that he left out on a shelf unprofessionally. I was rudely ordered out of the store after this. I will not be returning to this target location and will be sharing this experience on social media. Do better Target!!

Excellent store and top of line service. Truly love coming to our local Target as well as using the drive-Up. Truly a life saver.

At one time this Target was a five star location. These were the years when supervisor Julian provided excellent customer service for everyone. He is no longer there and Target has taken it upon themselves to change the whole store, including eliminating most of the cashiers. Although the employees who help in the self-service area are extremely polite, many customers miss the experience of having actual cashiers. The customer service/return desk used to be very customer-centric. However, the team lead lady over-seeing that section doesn’t even say hello to customers or acknowledge their presence. In fact, you could be attempting to speak to her and she will speak over you to scold one of the part-time employees. Many of us who live or work in the area hope Corporate realizes the shortcomings and take steps to rectify them, as this was the go to shopping place.

I was surprise how I got all the attention I needed when trying to use gift cards and discounts at the self checkout. She was so patient with me and showed me how to get three gift cards added to my purchase. I'm grateful for such service and attention.

Can anyone explain the logic behind not having a single regular checkout open on a busy Saturday morning? I had the worst experience at this Target this weekend (7/28/23). I had a lot of school supplies and other items to buy - I rarely shop at Target, other than school supplies. The store was full, and there were like 15 checkouts with zero employees in them. They were asking all customers to use self checkout. On a Saturday. With loads in carts. The line was clear across the entrance, and while it took me about 16-20 minutes to check out, spent double that in line, THREE employees (who could’ve been manning checkouts and helping alleviate this stupid issue) were standing around by the self checkout. Only one was doing anything, and she was the one stuck hearing everyone complain, poor woman. Target, this is stupid. This is a stupid problem, created by stupid management decisions. Staff the store on a Saturday, make the employees there check people out to alleviate lines and waits.

This review is for the Target Starbucks employees. Hands down the best barista's I’ve ever encountered including stand alone Starbucks locations. They are super kind and helpful most importantly very patient. Jovan is amazing and always makes the best strawberry açaí. If the drink isn’t right, he makes sure to fix it, no questions asked. Extremely hard working and professional. Francisco is also amazing and very professional. He is also very kind and helpful. Mattias is another barista who is one of a kind. Friendly, funny and interacts well with customers. He makes you feel like family and makes great coffee- top tier. Avionce is another amazing barista who makes awesome brown sugar espresso coffee. She’s amazing. Grateful for targets Starbucks baristas.

Love how big this target is. The variety sold here is fantastic. The optical makes it easy to get that errand done and get some shopping out of the way.
