Ask for Janet For sales. SHE is wonderful.
We are owners and have realized that this community is very poorly managed. Amenities are very deficient and not because of hurricane Ian... many issues have been raised with local management and instead of solutions only excuses were provided... do diligence not present in this community.
Janet, the real estate agent was very cordial and friendly. She went out of her way to show us around the 55+ Tara Woods community. Prices of the houses were very reasonable.
Nice place rent too high great people and lots of activities
When we arrived to look at previously owned MF homes, we fell in love with the park. Well kept homes and yards. Friendly neighbors. Lots of activities, bingo and clubs. Nice pools to enjoy and ponds for fishing. You might even see a gator.
One of the nicest 55+ communities around
A beautifully layed out gated community. Roomy lots with attractive homes. A wonderful place to live year round or just winter here. A salt water pool and a lap pool. Tennis courts, bocce ball, shuffle board, exercise room and so much more.
Quiet place, one of numerous " Heavens waiting places" in North Ft Myers. Lot rent high, even have to pay after u die, or give them ur trailer that u paid a high price for so kids dont have to pay high rent. For almost eight hundred and up a month they supply garbage pickup and free basic cable. Nicer places around.
