The place is perfectly located. I had taquitos that had burnt chicken inside to almost no chicken meat inside…I don’t know how anyone messes up taquitos. But here’s the thing…when you have a woman running the counter and you know she doesn’t particularly prefer you, the service is uncomfortable and you know the food will not be made with love even when the men are cooking it. Me and my daughter both felt uncomfortable and she ended up throwing her fish taco away because she said it wasn’t good at all. Yes, we could go back to try other items but why go where there is no love.
Special menu American breakfast. They only had it on Tuesday, June 14. 2023 from 9:00 to 9:05 so be on time and don’t miss it out. It was very good I also got a nice guacamole plate for my son he loved🧚♂️
I ate at this place last week while visiting Santa Cruz, my buddy brought me here and all I gotta say is amazing!! The food was on point, the horchata was phenomenal. Stop by and check this place out.
I ordered the quesabirrias from doordash and I didn't care for it at all. They were just meat and cheese. No onions and cilantro. Barely any cheese but a lot of thick pieces of beef. I really couldn't taste anything but the beef! The beef was super bland like it was just cooked in a crockpot with little seasoning. It was very tender though. Literally like a pot roast my dad would make for dinner. The consume was very one note. A bit sweet, no acid no spice. I got it with medium red chile and spicy green chile salsa. Preferred the red it had more acidity. I used all six lime wedges I ordered but it didn't add much. The tortillas were super soggy by the time the food came and it took only 12 minutes to come. Overall I'm not impressed and won't order again 👎
