Chris Miller contacted me by email because he saw my resume posted to a job board. He set up an interview with me. I told him I was working and preferred an interview after 2:30pm, but I had an unpaid lunch break that I could take earlier in the day. I did not want to use company time to interview for another job. I felt that was disrespectful. The following Monday, he scheduled the interview for 2pm. 30 minutes before I got off. I emailed explaining that I had emailed him last week, and why would he schedule an interview 30 minutes for I got off. She shot back telling me to just relax and was extremely rude. We set up an interview for the next day, but earlier I got a job offer and accept, so I canceled the interview. He then proceeded to send the most unprofessional emails I have seen from a recruiter. He even seemed to threaten me. One email is as follows: "Emotional? Hahahaha. Hardly! I’ve been in this game for 25 years; trust me, we aren’t losing sleep over you. And hey; ghosting is the norm, but always remember, the cleared space is a very small world. Be well!" Do not deal with this company. They are desperate and get angry if you back out of a job with them.

Great company to work for. Smaller company and very personable.
