Stopped here for a quick breakfast!! The sandwiches were superb!! The bagel had a great crunch, and everything tasted really fresh and yummy!! We ordered two coffees one hot and one iced both were good!! Stop here!!

The bagels are good, and they have many unique flavors. They're crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The inside is soft & dense as opposed to soft & airy, but I still very much enjoyed it. My wife liked her Bagel sandwich and said it was too big for her to finish. She said their iced coffee was also very good. Overall, this is a very good fresh Bagel option if you're buying single, half dozen, or a dozen bagels. They also have flavored cream cheese. There is a patio out back as well as indoor seating.

I come to tandem basically every weekend and I’ve never really had any problems but today was different. I understand it’s Christmas weekend but the blonde girl took my order and then turned around and had a conversation with another employee complaining on how they made her come into work. Realized she didn’t even take my boyfriend’s order. And then took his order. Usually the customer service is great but today was not. I wish she would have finished taking our order before turning around and talking to another employee.

Breakfast spot with designer style bagels and different varieties of cream cheese. I had The Tandem Classic on an Everything Bagel and the Siracha Maple on the Hot & Spicy. All the flavor components were present and the taste was great but there was barely no cream cheese on either of the sandwiches. They also do not cut the bagels in half for you like most bagel shops do so when you go to cut them yourself all the toppings are sliding off and it becomes a mess before you can even take the first bite. I've also tried the Iced Coffee and their Iced Latte and both tasted subpar . I would've given 5 stars and overlooked the mediocre coffee because it is a bagel shop, but the minimal thin layer of cream cheese and not cutting the bagels in half to make it easy for people to share or just enjoy it without having to remake the sandwich.

The cream cheese was very good, bagels were good. I got six bagels and cream cheese 12$. It was way too busy although I went on a Sunday morning. It would probably be a cool place to have a bagel and coffee when it’s a little less busy. Also the menu could be enlarged. I couldn’t read the description under the items until I was at the counter.

Easy to order online and quick pick up right by the door. Cute building and friendly staff! Snickerdoodle bagels are yum!! They have sandwiches, too.

Love tandem bagel! Always delicious. But extra shout out to the one in Hadley. Having a kids area is such a nice touch and doesn’t go unnoticed

I've always wanted to try, and finally did. It does not disappoint. Outstanding! Iced Maple Cinnamon Latte with coconutmilk was sooooooo good. We got the snickerdoodle and blueberry French toast bagels with vanilla cream cheese. 😋 Ordered online, and was ready as stated. Definitely will be back!
