Tampa South RV Resort - Resort hotel in Ruskin - 2900 S U.S. Hwy 41, USA

We’ve had the pleasure of staying at this location for 2 months. It is a nice, clean, quiet, well kept resort. We have really enjoyed the kind people and warm pool. I highly recommend this location. 🥰 We will miss it!

We had a wonderful time at Tampa South. The Team is very warm and friendly, pool is clean and we never had to wait for a lounger. The setting is beautiful on the River and I really enjoyed my walks in the morning. One of the best things about staying here is the community of people that are long term. They are warm, friendly and welcoming. Everyone smiles and says Hi as you pass them, we all had dogs and you get to know the owners along with the dogs as you walk in the resort. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to again next season. Thank you Tammie and Team.

Clean, convenient to I-75, and the staff is awesome.

Contrary to a recent disgruntled review, I felt compelled to comment on some opinions. All businesses change rules from time to time but it is with the intention of making things better for everyone. Re: USPS forwarding claims: Mail should be sent return to sender (which is proper regulations, it's not the parks responsibility to forward mail to new address) but per the resident's request since they still lived nearby, any delivered mail was still sorted into their box for pickup. This was done as a courtesy but apparently not good enough. Also, mail is not left unsecured in the clubhouse because "I" help make sure (even on Saturday's) to securely lock it in the office. There are security cameras in the clubhouse and we have not had issues with accessibility. The park hours under the prior management were only open 3 hours during 1/2 the year and that was never a problem before so why is it suddenly a problem now? Bottom line is some people are just not satisfied no matter what you do. My family enjoys living at Tampa South RV Resort and the new management has done a lot to clean up the park and continually make improvements for everyone's enjoyment. I would recommend TSRV to stay for whatever duration you desire.

We have a little place in Ruskin at the Tampa South Rv Resort and we thoroughly enjoy ourselves when we are able to get away for a short stay! They have a wonderful setting that is kept very clean and organized and their pool is always sparkling clean, with the perfect temperature! We love that we can keep our boat there and dock it right where we can see it from our little river cottage. Ruskin is a sleeper town and in the middle of so many wonderful large surrounding towns but it’s always nice to go back home to the quaint quiet peaceful setting of this little place, after you’re done having fun in the big city.

Staff is excellent, very nice people and so accommodating. Lots are a little small, but common areas are well maintained.

Place is very clean. Staff is fabulous and accommodating. Sites are a little snug for our large class A. Loved the activities. This is not the resort life with concrete pads and casitas, but very nice shell base sites that drain well. Pool is heated in the winter. The location is a little noisy with traffic and train tracks. Otherwise would rate higher.

Wonderful and beautiful place just close enough to town but far enough to relax. Clubhouse, pool, laundry and an amazing dock to watch sunrise. Management is like no other go way beyond to make sure stay is memorable. Always clean and is up to date.
