Love it we live here and it's amazing all the folks are very polite friendly and no one bothers anyone. They have all kinds of things to do there they have three pools 3 halls to do bingo and poker they have a gym pool table's. They have so much to do there you don't have to leave to community at all except to go to the store or get some food and its all right around the corner as well

Had to clean the first day there. The floor was so sticky. Cute little campground though.

Electric issue, water leaking in street for months, green pool, people stealing, drugs in public bathroom problems. Lived there 3 years and got worse and worse and worse.

Very nice RV resort. Huge and a has plenty of land and pools, laundry and games

Do you want to live somewhere where the manager rides around at nights drinking, going off on residents for personal things said because she's ease dropping on someone at 11:30 pm.? Come here, Tampa east. Wanna live somewhere where you smell dog poop when you wake up, Tampa East is your spot!! Do you want to have power, water, swimming pool, laundry room problems, trashed roads, overflowing garbage cans ? Yep, Tampa East is for you. the glorified secretary Amanda tells you one day she's so depressed she goes home and changes into a night gown and sits at home depressed all night then shows up the next day causing problems because you didn't care to listen to her problems. Like we all don't have our own problems?? 4 months I was waiting for my power to get fixed that was unsafe as per their electrician. It worked fine until they showed up to " fix the power," which totally messed it up then .When we asked when they were coming to fix it, we kept being told tomorrow.. apparently, tomorrow never came because when we moved out, it still didn't work, and that was back in july.. It's now November. I couldn't even run my ac without blowing the breaker on a 30 amp plug. First, they straight unplugged my camper without turning anything off or noticed, leaving my wife, daughter, and 2 dogs with no power for 26 hours. i ran my generator until they came back, and jimmy rigged it.. Or I can move 2 years of belongings to another lot. Lmfao So if your looking for a place where they have different rules for different fools, bad roads, sewage leaking down the roads for months at a time, pools always closed for someone throwing poop in them, power problems and staff that hate their live and show up to cause personal problems then Yes Tampa east is the place you'll love. I also have pictures and videos of everything I'm saying.. so if I need to post them.. then that's what I need to do!

We love it here! Stayed 2 weeks total, no drama nice park for families. Beautiful trees and shading everywhere. Lots were muddy and we parked in dirt so it made leveling difficult. Back of the park is mostly long term mobiles but beautifully kept.

A little bit of a rocky start, as all water spouts were being used. Called the office and got it resolved in very short order. Was able to expend to the end of the month without having to move. Office staff have been pleasant to work with. Have enjoyed my stay thus far.
