Tampa Bay Extended Stay Hotel - Hotel in Largo - 6500 Ulmerton Rd #112, USA

I do not recommend this place. Checked in late at around 7 something pm. Found a roach right away. We killed it, then left out for the night. Came back around 10 ish only to find multiple roaches coming out. Asked front desk for new room, was told there was no other rooms and I would have to talk to general manager in the morning. We left and got a new hotel. Went back in the morning to check out and get my refund. Aside from there not being a general manager present, the last night front desk agent never documented anything about my complaint or room request. Luckily the day front desk lady (Maria) was very helpful with resolving the issue. Angry as I was about the whole experience, I was not upset with Maria. Professional n courtesy.

This is the worst review I ever had given. The room had lots of dead roaches on the floor when I first entered. Room basically not clean. Call someone to clean up. Never show. Ask to switch to another room. Was told no available room. Thinking leaving light on roaches won't come out. Was so wrong. By morning, roaches are all over my stuff. They probably had a big roaches problem. Hope I don't have any hitch Hiker .😅

Positive: We were able to cancel our room without hassle. Negative: The large puddle of urine in the elevator. Room smelled bad. Outside air smelled of marijuana. Did not feel safe at the location. Negative: ""

My mom was at Hospice and we wanted a room close by, so we ended up at Extended Stay, which are very reasonably priced. At first glance, the rooms looked okay, but the problems just continued to grow. The first day, the shower wouldn't turn on. The second day, we had bugs in the kitchen. Third day, our toilet leaked all over. I was happy the room had a stove, microwave, coffee pot and refrigerator and customer service was very good. Maintenance did fix the shower and the toilet. They also had someone come in to spray for bugs. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean, but I doubt that I would ever stay there again due to all the problems we experienced.

Mr Jimmy and Sharon Peter was awesome. Maintenance guy Zach was on the money both of these guys make this place an awesome experience and the young lady at the front desk also.

I've been at this hotel on and off for years STEVE is the reason I'm still there he handles everything that needs to be handled the very first time I mentioned a problem. He is by far the best manager around He is not the only good employee this place is filled with caring individuals. Pat also is top of the line with service so thank you Steve and pat both for a pleasant stay

GREAT staff. VERY helpful and quick!!! Clean room, comfortable bed, nice kitchenette. VERY pleased!!!!

Stayed three nights for Work first night got up, probably 20 cockroaches running across the floor. When I turn the light on. room was run down shower, barely let water out of it did say something to the manager about the cockroaches, he acted totally surprised, but after reading the reviews, I think he knew. He did offer to spray! But I already bought spray and sprayed the room, highly not recommended.!!!!!
