Tammy's Smoke Shop - Tobacco shop in Roswell - 1400 W 2nd St Suite I, USA

Found this place on Google and the amount of stuff in this store was amazing. The guy behind the counter was talking about his new machine, the 3D printer. Absolutely cool the stuff he is adding to the shop with it. Had to take the purple dino that wasn't for sale, until we asked to buy it. Haha All around great experience and a must see!

Tammy's is great. Had a problem with a couple of defective products and they made it right. Was able to exchange or get my money back. Good place for all your smoke needs. Great products and helpful employees. Owner is great also. I been shopping there for a couple of years and will continue. Thank you to owner and employees.

Extreme inventory and good prices. Personnel were less than enthusiastic when addressing my shopping needs, so I can't give them better than 3 stars. I'll continue looking for a better smoke shop. One where I don't feel like I've interrupted the fun.

sells defective vapes and wont swap defective vapes out for working product. got 2 pens for $70 1 leaked out before using and other wont charge. wont be spending another cent here. hope the $70 was worth losing my buisness

Great place reasonable prices on disposable nicotine vapes. Vibrators were a little pricey; if ur in need of it "now" they got a decent selection.

Great smoke shop and it has EVERYTHING. the people there are always nice and always helpful. For sure my favorite smoke shop in the city.

I have to say for as far as similar shops in Roswell, New Mexico. Tammy's is the one to go to. They actually have the most products selection, and even though their prices are pretty high. Compared to the other local shops in Roswell, you'll save a little here at Tammy's. Now as far as customer service goes, and I'm not saying it's because they are young kids running and working this place. Because I've managed my own retail and restaurants and some of the best at customer service had been some of my young employees. But every time I enter Tammy's, their is rarely a greeting. And the only time one of them ask if we need any help, is when someone is looking at one of the display cases near where they are just standing around. Other then that, you have to go to them, and ask if they could help you out. As if we are a bothersome, and don't mean to interrupt their conversations. Now if these guys acknowledge everyone that enters, and walk up to the customer. Asking if they could help them find anything, or go to the customer introduce yourself and let them know if they have any questions or need any assistance you'll be more than happy to help. Because if they are least did that. Maybe that one customer I seen the last time I was at Tammy's. Maybe they wouldn't have walked out with a few items that they didn't pay for. Then again it could have been a friend of the employees, and that's why they didn't "notice" what the one customer was doing. Other then the lack of customer service skills. This place is a so-so shop, in the big picture of Smoke Shop's around the State and Country. But for Roswell, sadly to say it's the best one in Chaves County.
