We have stayed at the Tamarack a few times over the years. We stayed in the 2bedroom/2floor unit. We had plenty of space for everyone in our group to move around. The beds were comfortable. the room was a little rub down but clean. The tennis courts are a nice change in activity.
Great condo central to all the Wisconsin Dells has to offer. First floor unit. Amazing staff. Not on the water but not far! Updated unit with fireplace and 2 TVs. Great kitchen. Pool and hot tub in activity center. Outdoor seating area for warm months. Will definitely go back
Updated Condo, and friendly staff. Worth the cost. Close to downtown, and Casino. Walmart less than 5 minutes away if you need food. Check in was very easy. Only issue was the pot smell from the building next to ours (They had their windows open with 0 degree temps to try and get rid of the smell.
We stayed at Tamarack to celebrate our anniversary and my husband's birthday. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The unit was very clean, comfortable and functional. The only thing we wished we would have had was a chair in the primary bedroom. We're senior citizens and the bed was too high to comfortably get dressed. A chair or bench would have been wonderful. Otherwise, everything was perfect!
The Tamarack Resort is a collection of timeshare condos not far from all the hustle and bustle of The WI DELLS AND LAKE DELTON vacation destination. The rooms and baths are comfortable. The kitchens well equipped with good quality appliances. The resort community center has an indoor pool, which is perfect for water aerobics exercises - not too deep. The spa hot tub is not very large, but it is a good size to accommodate the number of owners. There is access to the interstate, a shopping mall and hiking trails around the property's small lake. I will recommend it to other Wyndham Club owners.
1st of many stays at this resort. Very responsible for the room and amenities there are offered. Can't wait to come back. Hopefully bring other family members and friends. Very much worth the price. Staff is wonderful too!
We stayed Oct 2022. Definitely outdated, worn and dirty. The first unit they gave us was very old and looked nothing like the pictures. It had scotch tape all over the ceiling and walls from a previous party. We asked for a unit that looks like the pictures. They did switch us and the unit looked similar to the pictures, however even the “updated” units need a major renovation and are very dated. Definitely needs more than just a paint job. The carpet needs to be replaced and at the very least, needed a thorough cleaning. Bathroom fixtures need to be replaced and updated. Beds were worn down (old spring mattresses) Thought we were getting a good deal for what looked like a decent place in the Dells according to pics online, but quickly found out why they were so cheap. I do have to say, staff was friendly and accommodating
We were very pleased with our stay at Tamarack Resort in Wisconsin Dells. It was very clean, modern and organized well. Nice price during off-season, and it was quiet and comfortable. Close enough to everything in the Dells that it's nice to not be right downtown with all the traffic and commotion.
