We took the two hour highlights tour. Our guide was good. For my taste, we spent a little too long at the school of architecture, the house itself was excellent. Definitely had some engineering issues, it burned down twice, but it was really cool to see the different rooms. You can actually sit in the living room. It’s the only place you’re allowed to touch any of the furniture. Again very interesting spaces. I think it was a good tour for newbies and Frank Loyd Wright buffs alike. I am the former. The tour starts at the visitor center, which was actually designed by Frank Loyd Wright as well, but completed after his death. The restaurant was closed for the season. It was early august
We enjoyed the two hour tour of the estate that included visiting the architectural school, Frank Lloyd Wright's house, and a drive through the countryside that is part of the estate. The tour guide was excellent as she was able to effectively communicate history of the buildings and the life of Frank Lloyd Wright, including answering all the questions asked. The grounds are well kept but you can see that the buildings still need some work to be brought back to their original condition. This is definitely a worthwhile tour, if you have 2 hours. If not, there is a 1 hour tour that just visits the main house. There is also a 4 hour tour that gets you in to see all of the buildings on the estate. We were also able to drive a short distance after the tour to see where Frank Lloyd Wright was originally buried (Unity Chapel cemetery) and the Wyoming Valley School that he designed. Next time that we are back we will be going on the 4 hour tour.
Our tour guide was so knowledgeable about the family, the property, and the house. We took the two hour tour and it was just perfect as far as what we were able to see and enjoy. The house is spectacular and everyone coming to the area should make a stop there and see it.
Amazing gem tucked away in Spring Green WI. FLR lovers, this is a must-see. I did the 2 hr Overview tour and so much to see. Our guide, Dale, was full of information and gave a great tour. The property and views are just gorgeous!
I took the full, 4 hour, estate tour on May 2, 2023. It was an outstanding experience. Our tour leader was very well informed, personable, and enthusiastic. The tour included a good deal of walking over some uneven ground, hills, and gravel. I would call it moderate effort - and I am 60, with one artificial knee. I highly recommend this tour to those who enjoy the great outdoors and have a high degree of interest in Frank Lloyd Wright's work and his life in general. Taliesin is absolutely beautiful. I had great fun. Go!
Such a neat place to visit, our guide was wonderful, we did the 1 hour tour of the house but there's more to see. I would recommend this one if you're on a schedule.
We absolutely love driving in the driftless area. This is one of the places we stop by on our way up through the area.
Did the 1 hour house tour and learned a lot. Our tour guide, Eric, was very knowledgeable and made the tour quite enjoyable.

I love coming here for breakfast on the weekends, but the whole menu is tasty. Every time I have somebody visiting in town this is my food spot and they always get hooked after one meal! The service is usually pretty fast, but even without that it's
Everything was exceptional. Service, energetic vibe, and memorable food. The pork chop was prepared to perfection, tender, tasty and pan seared. The pasta stuffed with mushrooms and ricotta was a grand slam, hit-it-out-of-the-ballpark home run. Thank
