Taliesin Apartments - Apartment complex in Nacogdoches - 1811 North St, USA

I very much enjoyed living in their 2 bed 1 bath unit. The close walking distance to campus is a huge plus, as well as its close proximity to Kroger, and other fast food locations. Management was very responsive and was able to answer any requests or questions I had during the application processing and while leasing. I had little to no maintenance issues (nothing serious) and the power stayed on consistently while other parts of town did not have any. There were only 3-4 internet outages during my lease, that resolved within 2 hours. The apartment layout is a little funky, and there is no overhead light in the living room. The kitchen is also small, but is still workable. Overall, this apartment is a great choice and if you are a student looking for an apartment, these units outcompete many of the other places in town in terms of quality and value.

We have lived here for seven years and cannot recommend this complex enough! The apartments are nice and well maintained, and maintenance is always quick to address any issue. Management is also friendly and have immediately addressed any concerns that have come up throughout our time here. The complex is safe and cared for, and has a good mix of SFA students and professionals. Highly recommend!

The office is always SO friendly and helpful. They always seem like they're genuinely happy to take care of everyone. Maintenance works fast and they're also super nice. I've visited a lot of other apartments to see friends while being in Nac and they all have their complaints, meanwhile I'm just chillin 😎

I've been a resident at Taliesin for a year and had multiple lease and roommate changes in that time, and the office is always so accomodating and patient. The complex is clean and the apartments are in good shape. Even though it's on a busy road, I feel safe here as a woman. Maintenance is prompt and efficient. Definitely a great place for a college student who likes a quieter environment.

I loved living at Taliesin! From the moment I came to fill out an application the staff was so welcoming. I never had any trouble reaching the office when I had questions, maintenance always came the same day I put in a request, and there is always some fun goodies in the office! It was very quiet and very convenient being right across from campus.

I've lived here for over a year and haven't regretted my decision at all! I love the size of the apartment I live in, how close it is to campus (right across the street), and the wonderful staff that works here. Maintenance is out of this world fast at responding to maintenance requests and the leasing office staff is super friendly. One last perk that I love about Taliesin is that they are always having give always or having some type of food in the front office which is key to college survival. Overall this is a great place to stay if you're looking to move off campus!

I love living here! The Taliesin, in my experience, has been nothing but happy to help when I needed maintenance and quick to respond. Coming to the office is always a good experience, because the staff is always pleasant, and makes sure everything is going well with me. I love having all the bills included in the rent, and as a student the location is super convenient! I live in a two bedroom/two bath, and the rooms are spacious, and well-kept. I would definitely recommend the Tali to all my friends!

I have lived at the Falling Water complex for almost a year and it has been a great experience. I love that it is so close to campus I didn't need to use the parking permit I bought. The staff is friendly and very accommodating with redoing my lease. Having all bills paid has made life so much easier and it's great that the complex is very pet friendly. Overall the maintenance guys are friendly and quick to fix things. As with any apartment there have been some issues such as my noisy washing machine, it wasn't clean when I arrived, and because it is an older complex it isn't as up to date as it could be. Overall I'm very happy with the experience I have had with Taliesin and believe it is a great first apartment especially for a college student.
