Tailgator's - Bar & grill in Brandon - 1013 N Splitrock Blvd, USA

Stuck in town for work, and this place is right behind our hotel so we've been here 3 nights in a row. The wait staff is top notch. Every single person we've dealt with has been above average and always happy to help. The burgers / burger wrap / and tonight is the chicken bacon ranch 🍕(i took this back to the hotel with me). All have been worth ordering a second time, but this 🍕 is fantastic. Our table has also had the walleye, hamburger steak, and chicken nachos. All looked great! (I'll be trying the walleye next) Have had 0 complaints from our 3 man crew for the last 3 days.

Traveling and this popped up. We were seated immediately. This place is big and has plenty of room. Booths, high tops, tabkes, the bar, and a party room too. Plenty of room between tables. Excellent atmosphere with tons of TVs and even TVs at every single booth. They were playing everything; boxing, racing, baseball, monster trucks. The restrooms were clean and had plenty room. The waitress took our drinks and appetizers immediately and I'm not exaggerating when I say that our apps were literally at the table in under 5 minutes! They were delicious and hot...we ordered cheeseballs and potato skins. The cheeseballs seemed homemade and we loved them. The ranch was AWESOME too. We were super unsure what to get and wanted to try the chislic....so we did and we were so glad. It was so tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. We also ordered boneless Buffalo wings that were covered in thick Buffalo sauce. I loved them. Seriously this place was well worth the stop. Our drinks were constantly refilled, our waitress was sweet and eager to ensure we were happy. I live 2 hours away and we will definitely be making the trip to come back just to eat here. So good, excellent service, fun atmosphere, clean restrooms, plenty of parking, good selection on the menu, all around EXCELLENT! We are stuffed and brought home our 2 boxes to share with family to try our new favorite place!

We brought our dog with us for lunch and ate out in the patio area. Food was delicious and the staff was super friendly. We came in at a little after the lunch hour so it wasn't too busy but the food came quick and was delicious.

We stopped here to meet up with some friends at their recommendation as we traveled through. We were impressed by the food, drinks, and service. The atmosphere was great and there were a few arcade games/quarter machines for the kids to play with while the adults visited. Our server was very interactive with the kids too, and I really appreciate that as a parent because I know it makes my kiddo feel special. 😊 We all agreed that we would stop in again next time we pass through.

You’ll find this place right off the I-90 Brandon exit (South side) just East of Sioux Falls. Place is set up as a trendy bar and grill. Lots of tables and a sizable menu, but could be used as a bar only if you choose. Either-or, or both. Place is plenty big to accommodate many people. Staff was helpful, prompt and courteous. Food was pretty good, but not exceptional. The hamburger steak was a bit bland, and pizza was good but not over the top. The stir fry was pretty good. Best part of the whole meal…. The sweet potato tater tots. They were very good and worth having again, regardless on what else you try. I’ll list below what we all ordered, along with the description. LOADED HAMBURGER STEAK - Fresh ground beef seasoned with our house spices, charbroiled, topped off with your choice of cheese (Havarti, Provolone or Cheddar Monterey Jack blend) and smothered with sautéed mushrooms and onions. Served with salad or soup, dinner roll, and your choice of side. CHICKEN CASHEW STIR FRY - Stir fried carrots, onions, celery, broccoli, bell peppers, and cashews with house made oriental sauce served over rice. (soup or salad only) PIZZA - Don’t remember what all toppings we got.

My family and I were on the way back to Montana, stopped for gas, and found this gem. My mom was able to get a veggie pizza (vegetarian options can be scarce on road trips so that was appreciated!) and everything else was delicious. Great service, open late, nice and clean, no complaints here.

We had attended a music festival and stayed near here for our midway point on our way home. We stayed in the hotel right next door. So out of ease we decided to eat here. Among arriving we had to seat ourselves and that worried us a bit simply due to the time of day it was. Within a few minutes our orders were taken, the food arrived promptly. They even had a great deal going on wings that the waiter informed us of. They were delicious and so worth it. After getting our food I accidentally spilled my drink. I immediately started to clean it up, with in 45 seconds our waiter was right there with a rag and extra napkins. The whole experience was great, especially for a sports bar.

Our family eats here often and the food and service are great! We recently needed a large space to host our church council meeting due to construction on our building and the staff at Tailgator’s didn’t hesitate to let us use their space. We were so grateful, and DJ our server was amazing at making sure our group was taken care of. Thank you!
