Nice place, open seating. The table was a bit dirty, the waitress was nice but seemed a bit overwhelmed or overworked. The food is what I would call diner style. The fried green beans were good. The small cheese fry is a big cheese fry, but flavor wise, just okay like the rest of the items we had. Although I am a fan of small business, I will probably not go back based on just the food.

Not the days of old with original ownership. Bacon burger used to come with a mound of bacon; got two micro strips. Fries still a plethora and delicious. Out of Dr. Pepper, so got tea. The prices are ridiculous now. $17.78 without tip when it used to be $10-12 with a tip. Saw an old skool employee who explained sold to joint next door. She was super friendly cooking fires. Everyone else was basically a dud. Didn’t speak except taking order. She was super friendly. Wish got her name. Cook handed me burger since sitting at counter, said thank you and she didn’t even acknowledge. Shame, as used to love this place…last visit here. I know prices have gone up since world broke but c’mon…

I was at your restaurant just now and I want to say that when I order food I want to receive all food at near the same time. I ordered to (2) chicken tenders and fries. The fries already cooked when I arrived. After I placed my order the fries were bagged and tenders put down. They cooked for 10 minutes ( overcooked) and were very hard. All the while the fries are bagged and by now cold. The food is the most important thing to a restaurant. The server had an attitude as well. I have frequented your business many times but am considering not doing so in future.

I heard it was new ownership so we thought we would see if it was just as good as the original Tailgate. Never again the bread was hard, grilled chicken was absolutely awful. Onion rings so soggy they dripped grease. 53.00 for nothing. The guy gave me a kids cup for my tea to go and the tea was old. Once again Never Again

I had the best experience at tailgate tonight! Hanna was the friendliest person I have ever met and was super helpful to me. Always going out the way to make sure food and service was magnificent

Very very good food! Prices are crazy reasonable for the quality. They have multiyear awards for hamburgers but we went for cheesesteaks, HOLY COW. Even the roll was awesome. Good service, clean and modern rustic, lighted and airy place.

Never had bad experience prior to new ownership is what I was told. Didn't know was a new owner. Service was horrible and it was not busy as we arrived shortly after opening and was 2nd table in the place. A few more did enter afterwards as to be expected. Food did not come out together if we received it at all which we didn't and had to ask and when it did part was inedible and disgusting and had to send back and said take off bill. Canceled to remainder of food as had been there almost an hour and hadn't received it. Didn't order anything complicated fries, chicken tenders, hot dog, grilled cheese, and fried mushrooms. Other guests had entered 20 or 30 mins after us, ordered, eaten, and left before we got half of our order. I assume we were supposed to watch each other eat while waiting on the rest. Do better and hire old staff back as all we kept hearing was we're all new and don't have the hang of things as they are behind counter talking and drinking dunkin coffee. Do better Broad Street, do better.

I thought I'd try this place out for the first time since the reviews say the food is great. I walked in, couldn't find a clean table in the place, so I walked right out. Gave a 2nd chance. The table tops were clean, but it appears all the food and crumbs just get wiped onto the seat cushions and the floor. Food was okay, but nothing to talk about. Burgers are served on tiny little plates. For the price, you can eat better at Five Guys.
