Amazing customer service tonight! I came in right before close and the staff took the time to help me pick out the best food for both of my dogs, introduced me to a program to get a free bag of food after I purchase so many. I’m just in awe of the staff! Fantastic folks! Will be returning again for our food and no longer will order online!

Came in for the dog wash and it was more than I could’ve asked for. The prices were great. They set up the whole wash and offer many types of soaps for your dogs’ needs. They supplied a variety of brushes and a towel and a blow dryer for the bath. They sanitize and clean all of the supplies after use and keep the areas very clean. Their store offers a wide variety of food and treat products on top of many other things such as slow feeders, bathing supplies, collars, toys, etc. Side bonus: the owner sells home grown beef there for people. Overall experience was a 10/10. Will be returning soon. Thank you to the wonderful staff!

SUPER friendly knowledgeable staff! Our dog was very anxious about a nail trim. They were so good about accomplishing it. (Our dog pooped on the floor and the staff insisted on cleaning it up!) The self dog wash was easy to use. We will definitely be coming back!

Clean, friendly, and fun! Easier to wash our 100+ pound dog here than at home, for sure. Big wash bays with step stools and swing-open doors were perfect for getting him in; beats lifting him into the tub! They provided us with a wash bucket with shampoo (got to pick out which kind, which was great for our guy with sensitive skin), brushes and scrubbies, towels, and a hair dryer. Great experience.

Gave my dog a nice spa day at their washing station! They had a lot of options with anti-shedding shampoo, oat shampoo, conditioners, dog colognes etc. Was about $20 for full service.

Self dog wash is excellent!! One raises & lowers so you don't have to bend over! They can trim nails & staff were very friendly & knowledgeable! We scored some great markdowns approaching expiration too!!

I love this store. They are so helpful! The dog wash facilities are amazing. We groomed our Newfoundland there and she fit, we always got plenty of shampoo, conditioner and time. Their selection of collars and toys are high quality and we prefer to give our business to a family owned store versus a big conglomerate like petco. Highly recommend this store!

The staff was very friendly and helpful! Ally really took her time to explain everything to me since it was our first time there to use the “Spaw” self service wash. And she also did an excellent job on their nails! They have literally everything you could possibly need for grooming and you’re free to use any of it. 10/10 recommend!
