I was at Tailspin for lunch today. I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich. It took forever. The chicken dumpling soup was ok. But the sandwich was dry & no seasonings at all. Fries were just so so. I think this restaurant is best for breakfast. I wouldn't recommend going there for anything else. Also, it was very loud, & my older friend wasn't able to hear the conversation. Disappointing & prices were a bit high.

Cod fish fry was mushy and was very fishy. The shrimp could have been good but they were so over-cooked it was closer to a jerky. Bartender was nice.

Fun dive bar my wife & I stumbled on during a Sunday Funday. Quite possibly the most luxurious bar stools you'll EVER find. Belly up to the bar and get cozy! Staff here is fun & laid back.

We tried Tailspin for the first time today since they were doing a fundraiser for a neighbor child's school. Everything was pretty good, the fried chicken, which kind of tasted a bit grilled, to the fresh corn, mashed potatoes and onion rings. Onion rings were not greasy, which was appreciated, and neither was the chicken. It was good, and sometime, after Covid I will go back. The reason I am qualifying this is because the cook didn't wear a mask, the bartenders didn't wear masks, and neither did most patrons except those picking up their fundraiser dinners. The mask mandate in this state is there for a reason, and I am sad they don't care enough about their patrons to wear a darn mask.

I have only had the Friday Fish Fry and usually do take-out. The staff is always friendly and the food is ready fast. The fish fry is great and the fries are delicious!

First time we ever went in for breakfast. I was so surprised. I created my own skillet and it was delicious! Always good service.

Been here a few times now, very small and unassuming bar/pub. But they've got some really darn good good. Pretty smell menu, but they do everything right. Great sandwiches, good pizza, chill staff. I got their Italian beef sandwich, with tots... Ohhh man... So good! Highly recommended! (See my image).

My wife and I were looking for a fish fry in the area and came across this little gem. Thy offer several unusual spice choices with their grilled fish. I tried the mojito lime seasoning on grilled cod with potato pancakes which also came with cole slay and bread. The fish was very good. The potato pancakes were spiced with cinnamon. While not what I was expecting, they were very good, the cinnamon gave the potato pancakes a bit of a sweet taste, kinda dessert like. My wife had the fish tacos which were excellent. The atmosphere is a typical small sport bar and the lone bartender/wait person was very pleasant, but very busy. Their outdoor patio wasn't open because of lack of staff. We will be back.
