Positive: Hotel is great. I have great customer service. I went to somewhere else and I wasn?t satisfied. I will never stay anywhere else. I love this place. Negative: I like the hotel had everything close by the pool was close by. It was really easy to get to the rooms and customer service was great. I went somewhere else and I wasn?t satisfied here. I am very satisfied.
I like that it was on the main strip me and my wife stayed there on July 5th we made a reservation we were going to get the king size with the jacuzzi in it it was going to be like almost $500 for one night we downsized to just a queen bed basic and that was like a little bit over $200 and something dollars for one night for that kind of price I used to manage motels it was nice that it had a pool and a hot tub that had a cover over the hot tub so you wouldn't get burnt the maid service must be very poor there because the room was dirty I even found like stuff that they didn't find literally in plain sight the walls could be wiped down their stains on the walls the cord that went to the blow dryer was very dirty just the paint could you touch up repaint it just as a former motel manager you know always paint your rooms at least once a year to keep that fresh smell in there and then it was one of the smallest rooms I've ever been in and I've been to a lot of motels when I used to manage all the way from Colorado to Oregon Arkansas Mississippi everything I used to travel for a company and do surprise inspections and this one would fail for cleanliness of the rooms and very outdated. I checked the bed and because of the room being so dirty I was actually scared that there might be bed bugs I did not find any but I still had a difficult time sleeping because of just I've been in a lot of motels from my previous job . For the price that they charge for the rooms specially we were about to get the king with the jacuzzi for $500 I would have been very mad looking at the way the rooms looked I was kind of mad pain as much as we did and that room looking the way it did and the remote for the TV really didn't work the volume they should invest in upgrade in their rooms you know very outdated could use fresh paint just could be a lot nicer if they took the time to care about their rooms the room price is very high they should invest in there rooms.
My wife and I are here on our honeymoon for 2 nights so far and couldn’t wait to write a review. First of all check in was a breeze parking is awesome right in front of your unit, and as you walk into the unit you are greeted by a awesome hot tubs, spa large large size bedroom with a couch as well that turns into a pull out bed, the pool is right outside and is it is awesome accompanied by another hot tub spa that you Can you outside. Every morning they check up on you to make sure you have everything that you need as far as towels your trash is taken out and if you need your bed made or sheets changed. Definitely recommend this next time you come to Tahoe. Come, and check out one of Tahoe‘s more historical inns, and be prepared to be amazed.
Our room had everything we needed including microwave and a mini fridge. Walking distance to the tourist area. Best part is the hot tub (it's actually hot and has strong jets).
Worst hotel I’ll ever been to. Got charged 260 for a single queen bed room. I went into the thrombosis smelt like cigarettes and everything was dirty or broken holes and marks on all the walls. They charged us an additional 100 deposit and didn’t give it back claiming we smoked which was not true. We only stayed for one night because it was a quick night stay so we just like whatever but they were rude, unpleasant and take money that isn’t theirs. Old lady at front desk called us liars and yelled at us that it is our fault that their room smells like smoke when the whole room already smelt. We don’t even smoke for this accusation they were saying.
When we arrived, we were sure we were going to rate it 5 stars. Room was small but had everything we needed. Location was great, we walked to dinner downtown. At this price point, I just don't think you're going to find a cleaner and safer hotel (based on reviews, some of the cheaper places in town are nightmare fuel). After all, we just wanted a place to sleep before we went skiing.
Unfortunately, the sleeping experience was awful. The bed was uncomfortable and cratering in the middle. Unlike other hotels, you can't run the heater and constant fan at the same time, so if you want heat (and you need heat in the winter in Tahoe), that means the fan will be cycling on and off all night when the heat goes on.
The property was very quiet (we were there on a Monday night), but at one point, our immediate room neighbors came back around 1am and made a ruckus which we heard very clearly. Other than that is as actually very quiet. We didn't use the hot tub but other people were so it was working.
My partner and I both got terrible nights sleep. I would consider staying here again because of the price, but I'd have to bring a small fan for the noise and my own bedding (both to keep me warm without needing as much heat and to make the bed comfortable enough to actually sleep).
No heat in bathrooms, hot tub was cold but eventually warmed up. Great location close to everything. Room was fine, great option for the price. I was happy with it.
The jacuzzi (OUTSIDE) is working perfect for relax during summer. No Hot tub in the restrooms. Good price for location. They advertised pictures are from Taho Blue building, but the real is small. Este es un motel pequeño, comodo si buscas economizar.

The place is really nice, the water is crystal clear but very cold. It's worth it to pay the $5.00 fee to see this beautiful place. In the middle of it there's an old house, scary but beautiful.
Went with my daughter and husband and came from the heavenly line since the wait at the resort was 2 hours! They helped us right away and we were able to get all the equipment we needed in a reasonable time frame. The staff are super friendly and acc
Beautiful hike to Eagle Lake that took about 30 min after the bridge. This time of year there was snow and ice on the trail that made it slippery but was worth the quick trip up and back.
Took this trail to go to Cascade Falls. It's flat for the first 5 mins or so and then becomes rocky and risky at the corners.
There is some construction work going on in the area so they have put up temporary boards marking the trail. Good job!
