Big troubles or small TAGtech provides the same excellent personal service. I only needed some short screws to repair some sliding keyboard shelves for a local school. Alex immediately fabricated some to length for me. He gave me, a first time customer needing a few screws, the same individual support as someone with a “dead” laptop. Alex of TAGtech will be my computer support guy from now on.

TAG was very responsive and knowledgeable. I had a newer laptop that crashed and would not load Windows although the machine was in good shape. Dropped the laptop off and got it back the next day at a cost that was amazing. I would highly recommend and would use again.
Because we have plaster walls supported by metal lath in most of our home, we were having trouble with wifi connectivity from room to room and between our main house and an adjacent studio.
