Food is well seasoned and well prepared. Tastes authentic and fresh. Same applies to the aguas and salsas. I've been here 4 times and my food is always good and hot. Some inconsistencies with service and ingredients, are my only negatives. I love the home cooked taste and the simple dining interior. Feels like a spot in Mex.
Felt like my Tia's kitchen tbh. When I ordered the quesadilla de chicharrón, they ASKED if I wanted harina or regular. I chose regular. What do you know? Hecho a mano. It included frijoles de olla, onion and cilantro. I ordered the harina plain for my date.
IM AMAZINGLY SURPRISED!!! I LIVED IN BAY POINT FOR SO MANY YEARS AND NEVER NEW ABOUT THIS RESTAURANT. EVERYTHING ITS SO DELICIOUS AND FRESH MADE. THE TORTILLAS ARE HAND MADE AND THAT IS THE KEY TO A DELICIOUS MEAL. QUESADILLAS ARE ON POINT AND THE TACOS OMG SOOOOO GOOD PARA CHUPARSE LOS DEDOS THE PLACE HAS A VERY FAMILY ORIENTED AMBIANCE AND THE MUSIC OMG THEY WERE PLAYING MY FAV BALADAS EN ESPAÑOL 👍 DEFINITELY I RECOMMEND IT 100%
If u want authentic Mexican food u gotta go to Gina’s place ! My personal fav quesadillas de chicharrón and all the soups !
Their burritos are very delicious, however, my mother said she didn’t like it because the meat was cooked differently. Not a fan of their green chile but if you like onions ask for their habanero onions!
I love the food here. I struggle finding a place in the area that feels authentic to what I grew up eating. The gorditas my mom makes are a bit different but nonetheless the food here is delicious. It has so much flavor and I love that they actually make their quesadillas with handmade tortillas. The red salsa has good flavor and is my go to, I haven’t tried the other options. I have ordered mulitas, gorditas, tacos, quesadillas, & tostadas (on separate occasions) at this restaurant and I have enjoyed them all. The gordita here is more of what I would personally call a sope. For meats I have gotten the al pastor, asada, & chicken for the tostada. I have yet to be disappointed.
This place is amazing. Delicious food and very friendly. 10 out of 10.
Quaint little local family joint. Good food. Good prices. Nice people. Will definitely go back again.

Lovely little hole in the wall family run restaurant. The outdated decor adds the charm to this place. They provided complimentary fresh chips while I waited for my order Carne asana and the meat is cooked medium rare to my liking. The meal came wit
One of my favorite taquerias in the whole bay area. More extensive menu than most, including lots of seafood options. Great service, everything fresh, nice decor, and the space is roomie and airy enough to assuage our pandemic panic. Also there are a
Small produce store. I remember going here as a kid. My kids and now my granddaughter, love coming here as well. Always a variety of fruits & veggies. Love when they have already cut fruit cups. Cantaloupe, honeydew, mango, jicama.
Great burger spot..nothing beats a small side of the road burger. Burger was excellent. Tasty n juicy. They have a sauce but I just asked for plain mayo. Regular bacon burger was so good. Got a small fries too (saw the lady throw some extra fries in
They have a wide variety of dessert choices like ice cream, fruit bar, milk shakes, etc. We got the Lucuma, and Mazapan scoops and they were delicious! We also got the Piña Colada, Bionico, Frappuccino, and Avocado milkshake and they're all very go
