All the other reviews are from tasteless white ppl who have never experienced proper Mexican food. I suspect the owner knows this too as the portions are OK. However ordering a carne asada burrito, it is 80% rice, 10% beans, and 10% meat. There were hints of salsa...just the onions tho. Maybe 4 flakes of cilantro. Funny enough, this place has a 4.5 star when it's bad, yet all the good spots have lower rankings. It's whatever. Don't go here unless you want to get ripped off and enjoy lousy "Mexican food"
Best Taco Truck in town. The most flavorful food—a long time Bellingham gem owned by a family from Oaxaca. The birria and pastor are my favorite. You know a place is GOOD when the salsa is amazing and they take CASH ONLY.

They forgot a taco, the asada in my burrito wasn’t even cut, tortillas weren’t grilled. Everything was pretty bland besides the green salsa which come in TINY containers. $28 and I’m not even finishing this food. I don’t usually do reviews like this but I’m highly disappointed.
