Taco Don's is the one true Mexican food place in my heart. Conservative guess, I've been going there since I was 10. Mid 20's now. Love everything on the menu, but my favorites are the hand held asada burrito and the #2 breakfast burrito. And the pork chile verde doesn't mess around either. Love the vibe at Taco Don's too, it's a serious stress reliever just walking in there. The owners are wonderful and all the staff are great. Can't speak highly enough about Taco Don Jose's!

The best tacos I’ve had in town yet! The food is five stars. The service is 1 star. 35+ min wait for some street tacos, and the restaurant was kind of dirty. If you choose this restaurant, consider placing the order ahead and taking it to go. Will def be coming back for the street though.

Best Mexican food we have found in NoCo since moving here from SoCal. Most Authentic tasting Mexican food we've had in Colorado (not TexMex or smothered with green chili). Have been going regularly for the past year and have never had to wait long for our food whether eating in or to go. I waited 20 minutes one time for my to go order that was the only time, not a huge sacrifice when I'm craving authentic sopes, hechos a mano, de chicharron. Yes, there are some things that they don't have like Mole and their shredded chicken was so salty one time that I couldnt eat it once, whoever was making it that day must have forgotten & salted twice. The staff has always been very nice & helpful. We've tried almost everything on their menu now and have been very satisfied. The Asada is consistently good and so is the lengua. We even ordered 10lbs of it once for a lunch we were hosting that I didnt have time to make it myself for. Will continue to go unless we find a better place closer to us, but I doubt we will.

Great flavor to both the chicharron taco and especially the carne asada taco. Salsa with chips is excellent… a mixed red and green with some heat. The chips are the thick kind… which I prefer. The taco sauces come as red arbol or a green sauce with tomatillos and habanero. Both of these have a kick as well. Proceed with caution. 😅 Limes are an excellent addition to the tacos and the guacamole as well.

Yummy tacos! I got one each of asada, barbacoa, and lengua. Each with onions and cilantro. Could’ve used a little more seasoning, but they were all very good.

The best tacos I've found so far since moving to Longmont from San Antonio, Texas. It's been rough. I tried quite a few different meats. My favorite was the al pastor, SO flavorful, & 2nd favorite was chicharron. Salsas were good & spicy. Yum yum. The one thing missing that I think would really elevate their tacos are better tortillas. Also, the people are very friendly. Overall, I loved it and will 100% be back.

Great barbacoa burrito 🌯 didn't care for the style of the chili relleno. I prefer the skinny crispy ones. Great service and plenty of seating. Love the Mexico cokes they have the both sizes.

The food was absolutely excellent. They were a bit slow, but everyone is short on good help nowadays. Even though the atmosphere isn’t fancy, it was clean and like a good old, authentic Mexican place
