Taco Time NW - Mexican restaurant in Puyallup - 1115 E Main Ave, USA

I am updating my review after a bad experience. Drive thru lady was very polite and I appreciate the team at taco time including the ones that work behind the scene to make my negative experience to a positive. I love taco times' going green theme and how they care for the environment.

This is like Taco Bell (Florida). Their hot sauce is really good. Service is 👌🏾

The employees were quick with service. However, the tater fries we crumbled in pieces and very crunchy. It appears that they were severely overcooked. We also ordered nachoes the ordered didn't have many chips, there were more ingredients on top.

We don't have Taco Time in our state, so my husband was super excited to go after so many years without. I was undecided between the #2 and #14. They are both the same, except one is mini size. The menu said the full size has fewer calories than the mini though. The guy at the register wasn't sure why either. So I ordered the full size and my sister in law ordered the mini. The only difference we saw was that the mini had a smaller serving of tater tots. So I think the calories on the menu are wrong. The food was okay, but the salsas were pretty good! I got the corn and verde. The dining area was clean.

The food is great, but the restaurant is so unreliable. They say they're open until 10:00, but they intermittently close whenever they want. If the sign on the door says you're open until 10:00, you should be open. Poor service.

I ordered online but this location has a lot to be desired, compared to the Puyallup location. They didn't offer me any Hot Sauce & the location is terrible access compared to Puyallup. Puyallup is better service & more polite.

Good service the guy helped out my wife with getting her food when her gift card didn't want to work. Very nice of him to make that gesture. Very much appreciated.

This is a terrible Taco Time, they literally shut the door on my family so we wouldn’t eat inside, then out a sign up, and barricaded the door with a huge wooden fixture. The door clearly states open till 10 pm. I’m so sick of lazy workers and bad business owners who want to shut down early. We are all paying way more than 2 years ago and the service industry is worse than it has ever been.
