Way overpriced for what you get got taco salad and a number two combo that was $19 and I'm still hungry the two soft tacos had a tiny bit of meat I had to search to find the cheese and was 97 percent lettuce I've eaten there all my life the last four times I've gone there I feel like I'm being robbed...Smaller portions, higher prices. And it was even Taco Tuesday and still had to pay $1.50 for a taco....
I’ve never had a terrible experience here until now. I almost always get the stake tri street taco combo. First thing that was upsetting was there was no limes. Second two out of my three tacos had little and I mean little amount of meat. Third and MOST concerning was the moldy tomato I got….. I hope I don’t get sick from the 1 and 1/3 I ate. The potato’s were also extra salty but I’m sure that’s because I probably got the end of the batch it happens.

Worst service ever. Stood at counter for cpl min before acknowledging I was there. Employee came out of bathroom eating burrito or something n took my order. No other customers in dining area. Proceeded to sit down .Gentlemen came in few min later n placed an order to go n within a min had his n walked out , manager came over n asked what my order was n said it wasn't on screen and guy before me pre ordered but I sat there n heard him place order .got my money back n left. . Terrible service people ..will not go back there again !
Cold tacos 3x in a row! Why are the tacos always cold here? I've stopped 3 times for lunch since May, ordered both chicken and beef tacos, and every time they were all cold. I mean the meat was not warm at all - room temperature at the most. Unable to eat them. When I get Taco Bell, the tacos are still hot when I get back to my office. Only reason its not 1 star is the service is always friendly.
Every time I visit the Midwest, I have to stop at Taco Johns for some Potato Oles. They're delicious and come with a cup of cheese sauce. They have better food than Taco Bell, in my opinion.

I enjoy sitting down in the lobby with my kids. The atmosphere is comfortable. The food is pretty good. We like the sliders. I wish they still had mountain dew. Their pick up service is pretty awesome.

Fun and free (donations recommended) museum. The volunteers were super knowledgeable and friendly. Tons of information and interactive. We spent approximately an hour and half here.
BEST FOOD stop in Iowa! Hidden gem! Pulled pork, smoked brisket, chicken, hamburgers, hot dogs, malts, shakes, dole whips, sundays, ice cream, and low priced dinner packs with fixins. Go inside and sit down to eat. Lovely decor.
