We went through the drive thru. We got all the way home just to realize we were missing one large potato oles and ALL of our drinks. On top of that, one of our combos was rung up with everything individually, costing us more money. We drove all the way back to get the missing potato oles and the drinks, just to be told, we only get 2 drink instead of the 3 we ordered because they only noticed the 2 combos and over looked the Large soda added on individually at the cost of $3.39... it was even on the receipt that was in hand. My husband chose to just leave with the 2 sodas instead of the 3 rather than flip out on the employees that were horribly failing at their jobs. This trip cost us extra money and was still missing items due to horrible service failures... about $5 worth of loss. Needless to say, we are not happy!
Rating for what this is... Fast food, not a 4 star restaurant. Would eat here again. Food was good. Better than taco bell. Potato Ole's are the best side in all of fast food.
Overpriced, overcharged, poor customer service. Deceptive advertising. After 15+ years of weekly visits, to 1-2 visits per month the last year. Their rude and disrespectful general manager shows why most of the team is rude as well. Enough, this disabled veteran will take his business to Taco Bell. At least I’ll get a fair price without being overcharged. Plus it’s less than a mile drive compared to 4-5 miles to John’s.
Fast food Mexican, American style! Soft shell Saturday is my favorite time to stop with soft shell tacos still at .99! When I'm feeling HUNGRY I'll add potato Ole to my order for a salty indulgence.
They gave us the wrong order and when we went back to return the order they gave us and get the correct order, they refused to remake it or refund us. Then told us to get out of the store. Their customer service has clearly gone downhill. And we're out almost $35 and our food.
Your staff would be happier if they didn't have to clean up after each other, including the guy watching the NFL game on his phone at a volume that the whole restaurant could hear. He got up and left half of his trash on the table. Another employee picking up used trays picked it up for him.
I had tacos. The meat had Jalapenos in it. Not a fan. Very busy inside. Took a long time to get my food. Atmosphere was simple and plain.
Pictured is the Spicy Steak & Potato Griller from the value menu along with potato olés. For being a spicy griller, there's no need to pick up any hot sauce packets since you can instantly feel the heat. If you're seeking something spicy this would be a good pick but it also wouldn't be a bad pick for someone who doesn't eat spciy food regularly.
Recommendation is a chili dog, although I've been keen on the fish sandwich as of late. Root beer is awesome. Service is always excellent. Good old fashioned drive in experience.
Haven't had a bad experience yet.
Highly recommend!
Great flame broiled burgers with toppings you can customize. Fries great, too, with just the right amount of salt. Yummy creamy custard, too, with flavors of the day, bonus of 2 for Tuesdays! Nice atmosphere. I wish I had taken a picture of what look
This is THE BEST Arby's that I've ever been to. Fresh crinkle cut fries still very hot from the fryer. The special was a brisket sandwich with bacon & cheddar cheese sauce was so tasty. The sandwich itself looked like it had been in an Arby's TV c
I've been working with Ryan at Wisconsin Personal Fitness for a few months now. I am in my mid-thirties and have been working out on my own for the past few years. I was looking to switch things up and get past the plateaus I had reached. I outlin
