I had the steak tacos and they were very good. The family had the wet burrito and the chicken tacos. Everyone enjoyed their meals.
Absolutely the VERY BEST TACOS! This is the best place to eat in the area! You have to come and try it! Their food could be top in the state. Plus, the owner and his family are great people! They not only have amazing food during business hours but they also cater! Such kind people!
Taco Fiesta is a little restaurant in Roosevelt that serves good food in large portions. I ordered the Small Carne Asada Nachos. My husband and son ordered the Fiesta Tacos and the Chimichanga. All of them had great flavor. The tacos and chimichanga came with rice and refried beans. I really liked the beans. My hubby and son disagreed on the love for the rice. I didn’t love the rice either, but not everything is loved by everyone. Don’t be fooled by the larger price at this place. The amount of food that comes out of the kitchen matches the price tag. It’s worth it. This is a great choice if you are ever in Roosevelt.
Love the food is all I hear from many people I ask!! (Have not eaten here YET) Do A LOT of DoorDash orders from here very pleasant atmosphere, workers and customers with smiles on their faces! Clean and very well maintained and employees are very happy and kind! Food is out pretty fast even when very busy with dine in, pickups and there are DoorDashers in there to get orders!!
The other reviews are correct, this place is really good. Food is a little more pricey than other Basin options but it's worth it. Parking can be a real pain though and they have limited operating hours. Staff was polite and helpful.

Amazing! Carne Asada tacos are where it is at. The meat is seasoned well and the caramelized onions that come on the side are great on your taco. The tacos come with a white cheese, carne asada, onions, and cilantro with choice of mild or hot sauce. I like the tacos with guacamole personally.
SO YUMMY! If you’re looking for delicious Mexican food, look no further! If I come back to Roosevelt I’m definitely returning. I got the beef chimichanga- absolutely great 😃
This is a sweet gym! Iâm glad they have one on my route for work, was able to get some exercise in in-between loads. They have nice equipment, itâs clean and have a friendly staff as well! Have a sauna in the bathroom and clean showers too! Thank
