I would not feed this food any human. They have completely given up. The meat is over large, overly cooked and overly salted. I’m sorry if this feels overly mean but this food was an attack on our taste buds and wallet. I’ve eaten at TC hundreds of times and this is absurd.

Would of given higher score but they took awhile in drive thru..I wasn't in a hurry so it was fine. Looks like they were having some trouble, maybe a new person, I figured cause than a woman came in the speaker, they were nice tho.. just me and another vehicle.. good food...

We just left after the most disappointing lunch. This was our first time at this restaurant, ever. First, my significant other ordered a chicken and beef burrito (as in, both meats together) and the cashier placed it as two separate, one-meat burritos. No big deal, but it would have been nice if she had asked for clarification. As far as cleanliness, many tables weren't cleaned, and the floors weren't clean, either. The biggest issue? The food itself. It was AWFUL! Out of everything we ordered to try (the burrito turned two burritos, a taco salad, and an order of three street tacos), NOTHING was even remotely good. The beef in the burrito smelled like cat food and honestly probably tasted like it, too (I don't make a habit of tasting cat food). We ended up throwing away all of it after only a few bites of each item, and might as well have just set $36 in cash on fire. The drinks were the only things decent enough to ingest and take with us after our very short dine-in experience. It's so odd to me how incredibly busy they were; usually that's a good sign, but instead, it was a confusing one. We won't be going back to this or trying any other location. Edited to add: We went to Popeye's after I posted this.

Tonight we ordered 2 orders of large menudo and extra tortillas. They only charged us one order and we had to tell them at the window that we had 2 orders. It was corrected. When we got home, there was ONLY 6 pieces of meat in each bowl NO posole at all just broth!!! Not only to mention when we called to complain, a young man picked up, we asked to speak to management and he responded rudely “of course I am” and I responded well just say I am the manager not “of course I am” he proceeded to ask how can we be helped after we had told him about the issue he said he would refund us. This place literally is the worst, this isn’t the first time it has happened. Management, employees, need work in customer service!!!! Braxton is the male that was acting condescendingly rude over the phone! Please train these employees. This place sucks period. Go elsewhere.

3 pieces of pork to a mountain of fat. Impossible they didn't know they were trying to feed this slop to people. I'm so shocked this pound of fat is what they serve as the "meat" in their posole.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Taco Cabana in Rio Rancho, and I must say, it was an experience worth sharing. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm smiles of the friendly staff, making me feel instantly welcomed. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly their breakfast burrito. It was packed with flavor, perfectly cooked, and just the right size to kickstart my day. The freshness of the ingredients shone through with every bite, making it a meal to remember. But what truly sets Taco Cabana apart is their fresh salsa bar. The variety is impressive, each salsa offering a unique blend of flavors that complement their dishes beautifully. It's evident that a lot of thought and care goes into preparing these salsas, and as a customer, it's something I genuinely appreciate. In conclusion, Taco Cabana in Rio Rancho offers not just great food, but also an atmosphere of warmth and friendliness. It's a place I look forward to visiting again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delightful breakfast experience.

It was a nice place to visit... Food was prepared very quickly almost as soon as we filled our drinks and sat down quickly, but was good considering the busy location ... Salsa bar was fresh and full when we got there. The portions were on the skimpy side considering the price, so more of a snack to moderate meal establishment if you're on a budget. Drinks were refillable which is a plus. This was my first time eating at a Taco Cabana and I would come back to try more meal combos.

Came to taco Cabana because I wanted to try a new burrito for breakfast. I got the Bacon with green Chile breakfast burrito it comes with potatoes and cheese. Yum it was delicious! Price isn't to bad but the taste is delicious. I would recommend getting breakfast burritos from here ! Yum
