Taco Bueno - Fast food restaurant in Little Rock - 10114 Mabelvale Plaza Dr, USA

I don't really care for the crispy taco shell and the taco sauce but the service was Great. Finally, someone at the window with people skills and a personality. I can say that I received Great service with a smile instead of an attitude.

This reminded me of Del Taco so I stopped by to get some grub for the first time. The $179 Party menu was just okay… Tacos are alright , but the meat tasted funny. The Party Tostada was alright but it was a little small.. and the Party Bean and Cheese burrito was good but it was very small and tiny for the price. It looked more like a 50cent burrito to me and nowhere near worth the $179 I paid for it. No hot sauce packets , they give you little cups of sauce that was alright.. It was fun ordering at the drive though , the employee was laughing at me- Why do they call it a Party menu anyway?

Compared to Taco Bell, they are cheaper and the food is better. More value. Only thing is there isn't much to choose from. Menu choices are limited, but I will be back.

I already turned in my complaint about 4 to 5 days ago and I havent received to reply back like I asked. This place is going down hill if they dont get some better help in customer service. Very rude guy with dreadlocks.

Two members of the staff were repeatedly rude to me after not responding to the order microphone. I asked for a breakdown of the price (they originally quoted a dollar extra) and they wouldn't explain it and walked away from me. They came back and said, "So do you want it or not?" This was from a young blonde guy.

After being satisfied customers on a weekly basis at this location for 18 months, I'm sad to say that based on our last three visits I can no longer recommend this establishment. The last two times the food quality has been extremely poor with portions unacceptably anemic, and the last three times the order has been incorrect/missing something we ordered. Once is an oversight, twice is becoming a habit, three times is us going somewhere else. Y'all really need to do better!

Food is good and preparation is fast. Be sure to check your order before you leave the parking lot to be sure your order is correct.

Drive through got the order wrong (forgot one order completely) and have me salsa instead of jalapeno ranch which was ordered. Went back inside to ask for the ranch and the lady gave me one. Tried to explain didn't get any, she said it's extra $ for another one. I understand times are tough - but come on.
