Taco Bell - Fast food restaurant in Highland - 2525 Highland Ave, USA

Whatever the people working here are getting paid isn't enough. This is the first good experience at a Taco Bell in ages. The people are super friendly, the dining area is very clean and the food is good. From what I understand the people who own this location own the one on Highland and Arrowhead as well. Two very different experiences. Come to this Taco Bell, it might be out of the way but it is worth it.

The food was fine. We sat there for a good half hour it wasn't busy at all they forgot to make our food. When my husband went up to ask about our meal they didn't understand what he was trying to say in plain English. They thout he was talking about a door dash... The girl finally got it!! She went to check our order and had to make it. That took like 20 more minutes. The whole hour we were waiting for our food you can hear the love connection going on in the kitchen all the giggles and flirting. We were going to order my 3 kids food to take home when we were done eating but didn't want to wait another hour so we went to Bakers across the way and got them that instead.

Went insane told they are only taking drive thru orders. Got hone and missing 3 items. Called and no one answered as usual. We as a consumer shouldn't automatically take the loss and be charged! Don't go.

Got the taco party pack with a chicken quesadilla. All the tacos were full, hot, and fresh! The server was very nice and helpful, will definitely be coming back to this location!

Good quality food and decent prices. So glad they brought back the Mexican pizza. Wish it had jalapeños on it. Friendly service.

Workers here are lazy, they just look at you, walk right past you, and don't bother asking if you've been helped yet, they walk around with no urgency, the manager also just walks right past without saying anything, waited a while just for them to tell me to just use the kiosk, which I did not want to in the first place, cooks are fine but the rest of the crew needs to improve their customer service skills, they all look miserable, except for one guy with a beard and glasses he was cool. Come here only if you want your time wasted standing at the front register.

Super thrilled lately to say that the owners or managers have complete setup up their gain on everything ty sooooo much and your store is now again our all time fav!!!! Please keep up the great work we so appreciated greatly!!! ❤️

Went for dinner one night, and wow, was the service bad. Almost an hour inside waiting for my order, even had people that were there picking up food orders for delivery leave without orders because they were taking to long. Been to this location several times and never had this issue. Manager was rude to customers when asked a question. Won't be returning to this location anymore. Rather drive further when craving Taco Bell.
