Taco Bell - Fast food restaurant in Denham Springs - 418 Florida Blvd, USA

I visited this location on 2/3/2024 5:41pm. I am a District Manager for take 5 oil change located next door I eat here all the time. This experience was not pleasant. I order the same thing every time. Nachos with extra meat. I don’t know if this location has cameras but you can see me walk back in because I forgot to get a folk. I return seconds later stating that I did not receive my extra meat that I paid for. You can visual see the food. Employee stated you did get extra meat to resolve any fuss I just stated please charge me for meat so I can go enjoy my food whiles it’s still hot. Took minutes for me to receive services. Ask a District Manager I would not want my businesses operating in this manner. I normally do not leave reviews I had to shine light on this being this is a go to place for me!

Just dined in here for the first time in years with a friend and it was clean and the food & frozen baja blast were absolutely perfect. Plus the staff was friendly. Best taco bell i’ve had in a long time.

Online order, picked up, and order was all wrong which is more common than not. Went in and it was redone with apologies but it’s extremely inconvenient. They need to take the “fast” out of fast food at most Taco Bell locations.

We come often on a Sunday evening and there's no one else here. The place is so clean, food is always perfect and the crew is always friendly. Highly recommend. Best taco bell in the area.

Completely messed up our order, missing items ,including allergens in food .. making it inedible for several family members and missing the main component of the meal.. when we called to fix it the line was busy for over an hour.

This location is amazing and works so hard to make everything perfect! I been coming here for quite sometime and over the YEARS Travis, T-shell, and Jachorus have been absolutely amazing!!! They literally know me by voice!!! Can't complain 100%

Service is always hit or miss. Today, the guy running the drive-thru was sitting outside smoking a cigarette while he took orders. It's Taco bell. How difficult is it to do such a simple job? Clearly, management does not care nor are they supervising their employees.

The food is not made like advertised. I got Mexican pizza & it was very far off having the toppings shown on website or pix on menu. I screen shot what pizza should look like. I asked for taco sauce and got two packs for food for three people. I had to ask twice while in drive thru to get more for all of us.
