Taco Bell - Fast food restaurant in Bristol - 1298 Veterans Hwy, USA

Normally this is my favorite taco bell, but this is what I received when ordering a crunchwrap and a soft potato taco for delivery through the app (see photos). Underneath my name on the bag they wrote down my drink, except I never received it. When I tried to call the store, they kept telling me that they couldn’t hear me and the phone wasn’t working properly. Even after trying to reach customer service and being told someone would get back to me, it has been almost 2 weeks and I haven’t heard a word from Taco Bell.

Crunchwrap Supreme. Looks good in the picture right? All that beef under a layer of crunchy tortilla chips. Well... KEEP DREAMING !! There wasn't even a full SMEAR of BEEF in it. I mean not even 1 millimeter... let alone the 15 to 20 millimeters you see in the picture. Not even a smear. Most of it after peeling off the tortilla chip...the tortilla chips were directly touching the soft wrap layer. The BEEF is supposed to be THERE !... It wasn't.

I recently tried Taco Bell's box meal, which included a beef Chalupa, regular taco, beef burrito, and disco fries. Overall, I thought the food was good, but not exceptional. The Chalupa had a nice crispy shell and the beef was well-seasoned, while the regular taco and beef burrito were also flavorful and satisfying. The standout item for me was the disco fries - they had a nice pop to it and it came with melted cheese, which made for a tasty and indulgent side dish. While there was nothing particularly special about the food, I appreciated the value of the box meal as it provided a filling and convenient meal at a reasonable price. The staff at the location I visited were friendly and efficient, adding to the positive experience. Overall, I think Taco Bell is a solid choice for fast food, but there's nothing that sets it apart from other similar restaurants. For that reason, I'm giving it a four-star rating.

The guys that was taking orders today 10/17/23 on the 3 oclock shift need to be better at customer service. He is rude and doesnt care for customers. I used to manage a chain of Taco Bell stores in New Jersey. Someone needs to put that guy on the line. He should not be working with the public. Last visit to this store. I’ll drive 6 miles to the next Taco Bell. If i could give ZERO STARS I WOULD. Without a doubt. Do better people.

Check your food orders. when they're rushing which is more often than not, accuracy, quality, ability to follow directions, include requested extras ultimately increases complaints and defeats the convince of drive thru having to go inside to have order fixed.

I very nice and clean Taco Bell. There is plenty of seating indoors and they have a drive-thru for convenience. The staff was friendly and the food is was you would expect at any Taco Bell. Obviously a very busy place at lunch and dinner but definitely a good cheap option.

Most of the time we order Chicken chalupas and one is always without lettuce and tomatoes which end up being like what shows in picture I am paying 6$ for 3-4 pieces of chicken and 2 pinch of cheese

While the food is the standard Taco Bell fare, and good. This particular location is dated, cramped and showing ware. This Taco Bell has a dedicated following, and should bring joy to its base, and curb appeal to the area once it gets it remodel. The nice people that work here deserve a better facility.
