I ordered online to avoid my food being made incorrectly, and they still managed to mess it up . I'm completely disgusted on how these employees can give their customers this inedible garbage . The chaplopa shells was stale, tacos had no meat in it, the burrito has not made correctly. My families meal Is ruined because of this incompetent location
Yesterday was such a relief getting to Taco Bell. My online order had a flitch and the staff was so quick and on top of it. Tarrance was fantastic with his greeting, patience and overall kindness getting our food. We need more people like him in our world. I'll be back because of him. The food was hot and fresh as well. Thank you!
Costumer service horrible, food was worse.There no one who takes their job serious at this location. The got UNCENSORED MUSIC PLAYING IN THE BACK. Bathrooms are nasty. I been there twice and ordered fries and and they are cold I took them back and asked if I could gets some hot fries. Being that they forgot to give mey fries and I had to wait 26 to twenty minutes for the. So the girl takes my fries and goes in the back like she is going to gee new fries so like 5 minutes later she comes back out and gives me the fries they are the same fries still cold all she did was warm up the cheese. The second time the fries were cold again. This location needs help drastically.
Just on my way home and stop to get the same order I get every single time I come here. A Chipotle ranch grilled chicken burrito and mountain dew. Now I literally always get this and it's always at 9am. Maybe a few minutes after but ALWAYS before 10am. I've always been told you can get certain lunch items starting at 9am. Well this is 1 of them considering its my go to order. Drive through decided they don't want to make it out something and tried convincing me they never do lunch before 11.... I come here multiple times a month at the same time and ALWAYS get that. So what's going on?
The food isn’t the problem, the problem is the employees who don’t care to include all of the food in your order or bother to make what you ordered correctly. Not sure why we keep giving this location another chance every few months because it always ends in disappointment. (Missing chips & a Chalupa).
I ordered a dorritos Supreme taco and some how they managed to put half a bottle of sourcream on the outside of the taco shell. Honestly how does this even happen....the 3 tacos I received had enough sourcream to open up a sourcream business...again how does that even happen, besides the point i ordered from this store a few times and every time they manage to DESTORY your order its actually depressing...1 star don't recommend
There is often a sign on the drive thru speaker with some issue or shortage they have. However, the people are always super nice and helpful when you come up. Food is good.
