Taco Bell - Fast food restaurant in Bakersfield - 15 S H St, USA

Usually a good location. I submitted a mobile order and didn't receive 2 of my items. And food was old and cold. And didn't taste right. Drive thru attendant didn't want to be there ( which I understand) but they didn't need to act like I was an inconvenience.

I rate it a 2 because of customer service there. This particular Taco Bell has the worst customer service i have ever been served with. For example If i have a problem with my order the workers have made it seem as if im asking for free food and this is on more than one occasion . Other than the horrible customer service the food i would rate an 8 as for flavor and freshness goes. Also VERY IMPORTANT.. There are way too many homeless people hanging around smoking drugs right in the parking lot! A person wants to eat in peace not worry about homeless people pan handling for money. Not good for business

After shopping my boyfriend and I decided that we wanted to try Taco Bell I had been craving Taco Bell for the longest and he doesn't like Taco Bell so he said okay let's stop by the Taco Bell at Chester and brundage. We ordered two number fours or the crunchwrap supreme meals which included the crunchwrap itself and taco and a drink. We then road home and I awaited this longing and craving for Taco Bell thinking it happened fulfilled. Upon unwrapping my food I was highly disappointed I highly disappointed I mean the crunchwrap it had no crunch it had no taste the soft and gooey and it was wet all over tacos through the same way and this is from a person that being myself having worked at Taco Bell knowing what a crunchwrap is supposed to be in taste like I was so disappointed that I could not help but let the public know about my awful experience. The food was so bad the tacos no crunch the the tacos were soggy and broke apart as soon as you unwrap them. The photos will verify my claims.

So this taco bell refuses to take my order. They make you use the self ordering machine. They did have a cash register so there was no reason they couldn't take my order. Since they refused i left without ordering any food. I will never use one of these ordering machines. I am legally blind and these type of ordering systems are very hard for me. I didn't tell the people working there of my eye sight problems, As I feel I shouldn't have to. The fact that I asked two employees to take my order should have been enough. So if they insist on me using it again I will no longer eat at taco bell again. I have been to other taco bells and never was made to use these machines. It was always the customers choice if I wanted to use it or not. There are many people in this world that can't read, are they going to have to explain to Taco Bell workers that they can't read? If this is how Taco bell employees are going to treat people you might just have a lawsuit on your hands.

My order wrong and the shells were stall. Flat, you could tell they were old or left out too long..

Horrible experience lots of Homeless outside. customer service Was bad . Took a long time to get my food. Fountain dreams don't even work.

Food seemed rushed and order was wrong and didn't get any sauce that I ask for,homeless asking for food in drive thru was uncomfortable

The best place for nacho fries!! Lesly(an employee there) helped me out so much to help me pick out what I should get for a snack and I enjoyed it so much that I had to order more😫. Never going to a different taco bell I’m only eating at this place. Plus the fries and the cheese were so good. If lesly sees this just know that I will definitely go back again best experience ever at a fast food place:)
