Taco Bell - Fast food restaurant in Covina - 301 N Citrus Ave, USA

The cashier was enthusiastic and extended a warm welcome upon my entrance to the establishment, provided attentive and competent service by taking my order promptly, and expressed his appreciation with a mellifluous tone for the business. Within minutes, my meal, complete and savory, was served. This Taco 🌮 Bell branch on Citrus in Downtown Covina was sanitary, uncluttered, and well- illuminated.

The food is not the best so I don't believe how the prices can be that high 😕...the only thing was the help I get from the lady because that's the other thing no chance to someone take your order you need to order on the kiosk!!!

Decent place.. you have to order on a kiosk now. . A lot of homeless people are outside the store

Americanize fast Mexican food. The store seem clean. Liklot most fast food places today, no one works the counter. We order couple burritos but the wrappers has no markings indicating what was inside.

This is one of the best Taco Bell’s around. Everyone is always very nice and friendly and willing to help. They can even sometimes make some of the old favorites that may have gone missing from the menu. Don’t be fooled by the small size they will give you better personal service then most sit down restaurants will.

Taco Bell on Citrus, in Covina, has messed up my order the last 3 visits... Again, I wont complain to them, cause its a forever going event.. today, Ive made up mind, then rather complain.. just loose the buisness venturing all together... problem solved!!! No more headaches!!!! Yay!!!!

I highly do NOT recommend working here or eating here. The manager is the main problem. She is the type of manager to not help customers even though she was requested many times to speak to a customer. This request was coming from the customer and not to their surprise, paz, who is the manager never came out to talk or ask about their problem they had with the food. She would also yell at employees and try to belittle them when they had questions pertaining to their job. Also not to mention she would also make tacos and other foods/ drinks without ewearing mask and sometimes without even wearing gloves. Now the employees aren’t actually too much of a problem as they would actually try to help the customers while also trying to complete their daily tasks, such as cleaning, taking orders, or cooking the food. This is more or less about the manager as she has been the reason for so many recent employees leaving. She’s rude and not understanding, and she’s very lazy when it comes to resolving issues pertaining to the store itself.

This is absolutely the best Taco Bell in Southern California. All their associates are awesome! More importantly, they are trustworthy. Yesterday I dropped my wallet while in their restaurant and today it was waiting for me safe and sound. Tasty food with trustworthy service. Thank you to all those who work in this store. You're the best!!!
