Taco Bell - Fast food restaurant in Bakersfield - 4675 Ming Ave, USA

I'm pretty sure the only reason there are this many stars is just because people like Taco Bell in general. This location normally forgets one to two things in your order if you don't check it and take extra time out of your day before you go home. Additionally they have issues where every time you try to use their app or the website to order online exclusives the checkout doesn't work, and then when you go to the store they won't give you those things because it says online exclusive even though it's not your fault they're a huge corporation who can't get their own website check out to work. So I want Taco Bell because it's fast easy comfort food normally but at this location it seems like it becomes such a big stress and hassle that I end up enraged instead of even being able to eat food so I'm done trying with Taco Bell if they can't even put effort into making their food able to be ordered. Not being able to use the app or website to check out is already bad enough and negligent let alone the service when you go to the restaurant and not making up for anything they do wrong.

I went into take my son to use the restroom because we were shopping at Sarah‘s shopping center next to it. They don’t have a restroom and the worker from Taco Bell. For some reason all their workers are sitting in their lobby looks like some type of employee event I don’t know but it’s only 8 PM at night and they have their whole lobby close very inconvenient and I asked for my son to use the restroom that I was willing to pay so he didn’t have an accident and the manager refuse. I don’t ever come to the site I don’t even live on this site but it was a horrible experience and my eight-year-old doesn’t understand why she wouldn’t let him use the restroom.

I asked to use the restroom; an associate let me in after a long waite. But the main issue is there are no lights in the restroom. I came back out because it was dark; asked an employee how to turn the lights on, and was told the lights don't work. I then asked to use the other restroom, which also looks public; I was told that they don't let guest use that unit.... only associates. The restroom I did go in was dirty too.... In all, horrible experience.

Got the Nacho BellGrande Combo and an hour after eating it, my stomach ended up in pain, I ended up throwing up a couple hours later, I've never had this issue before with Taco Bell but I strongly believe they gave me something old on the Nacho Bellgrande because it did have a funny taste, I went to Urgent Care later that night and was told I had food poisoning, I will not be eating Taco Bell again for a very long time. Service was excellent, they were friendly and quick with my order, it's just the food itself that got me sick and I love Taco Bell but after this incident don't think I will be eating it again

The food is good when they get the order correct but a few times I have had to go back to get something they forgot or fix something they made wrong but they have given me a free drink or food item when they mess up

All they care about is money, so don’t expect your food to be made with quality

Very nice taco Bell. Everything was clean and quick. The cashier was coming in from break and opened the door for us to come in. He was very courteous and polite. I even did the survey on the receipt because he was so nice. The food was good and I had a nice experience.

Very decent Taco Bell. The service was fast and the food was fresh. Dining room was very clean too. Nice and spacious parking. No complaints here.
