Taco Bell - Fast food restaurant in Cabazon - 49030 Seminole Dr, USA

Stopped by for a snack. Went inside to talk to someone about the new menu and recommendations. There was nobody at the counter. A few minutes later, an employee, with a very surprised look on her face came around the corner. I told her I was ready to order. She told me I had to use the kiosk. I asked her if she did not take orders at the counter. She told me MANAGEMENT discouraged that, and that I had to do my own ordering at the kiosk. I told her I didn't know how it worked. She took me over to the kiosk and basically took my order, but it was very time intensive, and could have been handled better at the counter. When she asked how I was going to pay, I said cash. There was no place to put cash into the kiosk, and she explained I would have to pay at the counter. The whole thing just seemed stupid and counter-intuitive to me. I like Taco Bell sometimes, but if this is the future, my fast food money will be going elsewhere. I should get a huge discount for having to take my own order. No service anymore. This is becoming more and more common.

I usually go to tacobell at night past 11pm great service for the most part. The only problem I would say if you go anytime after 12 pm on the weekend, it's a hit or miss if they are open . When they do open at 7am they do have lunch avaible. Just like with any fastfood place check your bag to make sure everything you ordered was received at the end of the day people are human

Taco Bell please update your closing times on your website for the cabazon California location I was excited for my lunch at midnight and when I go to your location here in cabazon it's closed it has been like that the last two days but it shows on your website you guys close at 1:00 a.m. if you guys could change your closing times that would be great

Stood up front waiting to get a bag to take food to go. Staff just looked over and ignored me for 5 minutes until I had to ask for one. Do better.

The restrooms are clean, the food was made better than any Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. And the service was good too.

Some of the young people here are real Airheads. They need to pay attention to what they're doing give proper change and make sure they give all food items to the customer they get distracted way too easily working with half a brain

Good sized parking lot. Service was awesome. Added a last minute item after ordering and they handled it without issue

Pretty much the standard Taco Bell. Food was good and came out hot and fast. Condiments area was a mess. Wasn't busy at all.
