Taco Bell - Fast food restaurant in Knoxville - 401 Lovell Rd, USA

I got a beefy melt burrito. I took it out of the wrapper and started to eat it while driving home.. I looked down and there was a giant bite taken out of the other end of it. I called the location I got it from and explained what I found. The lady responded “None of my employees did that. You can bring it back and I’ll replace it for you.” I informed her that I did not want it replaced I was already 10 minutes away I don’t want anything from there. I just wanted her to know that there was a bite taken out of it. She said “no one here did that.” I said I’m looking at it and there’s a bite taken out of it. She said “Okay, bye”

I want to say thank you to a gentleman named Prince. He reached out to us and made everything right I had to send him our order and the time we would be there to pick it up and he took care of it all. I am thankful that they made everything right. We will be going there again since he turned a horrible experience into a pleasant one. Thank you Prince I really do appreciate you all stepping up.

This Taco Bell on Lovell road is awful, worst food ever. All of this food is not edible. The wings have been sitting somewhere cooked for at least an hour. Dryest wings I’ve ever had. I’m sure there’s a shelf life on them, but it wasn’t used. Pitiful. This Taco Bell is always bad, I don’t know why I keep giving it a try every couple of months. I’m going to stick to Salsarita’s and Doe Brothers. I’d give them zero stars if I could, can’t post it if you don’t give it at least one star.

They sent me a drink with a name on it that definitely didnt match my name on my ticket and was the wrong item as well. Only got a dollar back for a 3 dollar drink I ordered.

don’t get me wrong the food is fabulous! the service is just bland. they don’t really make an effort to make you feel welcome. Now the atmosphere on the other hand…now that was wild. there was a homeless crack head with no shoes on and they allowed him to freely roam around the building he put on a ski mask and we genuinely believed he was going to rob the place. the workers did nothing. another thing, one of the workers was intoxicated with some kind of substance and they made him clock out, yet he loitered the building the whole time we were there. later the crack head came back outside and was acting crazy around his car where another man was sitting in the back seat (not judging if that was his lover 🤷‍♀️) we were genuinely scared for our safety. taco bell did nothing to help us (btw it was me a 16 year old girl and my friend also 16 year old girl) taco bell did nothing to help us. you will regret this taco bell!!!

Worst experience I've ever had at any taco bell concerning food quality. A $7 double steak grilled cheese burrito with as little contents as a soft taco, plain.... 2 made this way and wrong altogether. Nacho taco was stale. Chalupas were hard as a rock on the edges. Nacho cheese cups for chips were half full. A waisted $32 meal and time waiting in the drive through. In addition...... I tried to salvage my meal and eat what I could, just to find a long hair in my food, in my mouth... The picture below is the entirety of contents from one burrito vs. what they advertise. This is double steak.

Located on the southwest side of Knoxville, this Taco Bell supplied me with excellent service. I got the nacho fries box for $5 with a taco, burrito, nacho fries, and a drink. Great value if you typically buy a drink with your meal. The drive thru was very fast. The food was also very (temperature-wise) hot which shows me it is made fresh. Very impressed by this location. Great stop for food as you enter or leave Knoxville. I see now why this is one of the highest rated in the city. Tip: order online to speed up your order!

Food is pretty good when you get what you ordered. The problem is getting what your ordered. I ordered a Chicken chalupa supreme and 2 bean burritos. I should have unwrapped the food and checked it before I left the drive through. I got home with the correct receipt in the bag and 5 crunchy tacos. They were not even that busy!
