1) Cashier was super rude! Just to get a extra cup of sour cream, she talked down to my daughter. 2) I ordered a Nacho Bellgrande. It barely has cheese. The ground beef had a sour taste to it. The beans were so dry that it was just a clump! Will not eat here again. I will wait for Culver’s.

During my recent visit to Taco Bell, I couldn't help but feel let down by the overall experience. From the moment I stepped inside the restaurant, it was evident that something was off. The atmosphere lacked the vibrancy that one expects from a fast-food establishment, and the dim lighting only accentuated the somewhat dreary ambiance. As I approached the counter to place my order, the staff seemed disinterested and unresponsive. It took an unusually long time for someone to take my order, and when they finally did, the lack of enthusiasm in their demeanor was palpable. Customer service is a crucial aspect of any dining experience, and unfortunately, Taco Bell fell short in this regard. Now, onto the food – the heart of the matter. I opted for a variety of items from the menu, hoping to indulge in the bold flavors that Taco Bell is known for. However, what I received was a parade of disappointments. The tacos, which should be the star of the show, tasted surprisingly bland. It felt as though the ingredients lacked the freshness that one would expect from a fast-food chain. The slow service extended to the preparation of my order as well. I found myself waiting for an extended period, watching as other patrons received their meals before me. It was clear that the kitchen was not operating at an optimal pace, leading to a frustratingly lengthy wait for what should have been a quick and convenient meal. Adding to my dissatisfaction was the cleanliness of the establishment. The tables were sticky, and the floors appeared neglected. It left me questioning the overall hygiene standards maintained by the restaurant. In conclusion, my recent visit to Taco Bell left me with a sense of disappointment on multiple fronts – from lackluster customer service to uninspiring food and subpar cleanliness. I hope that the management takes note of these concerns and works towards improving the overall dining experience for future patrons. As it stands, I won't be rushing back to Taco Bell anytime soon.

Plenty of free handicap accessible parking and entrance. The store was clean and well stocked. Our orders were taken quickly and were up quickly. The order was correct and hot. The dining area has plenty of clean tables available. Nice job.

I order from this Taco Bell frequently. They have never got an order wrong (even with many customizations). Food is always hot and fresh.

Place is ran by teenagers that don't care, food is always cold and most times order is wrong. They have also raised the prices. A value meal and two other items came out to 20$ Save your money and avoid this location

We went inside to eat. Ordered and it was way more expensive than i thought, especially for what we actually GOT. We ordered 3 doritos tacos locos and 2 of the nacho potatoes that come with nacho sauce and sour cream. We received our food and i thought the taco shell was empty. No there was taco meat but only about 1/4" in the bottom topped of with mostly lettuce and a dot of sour cream on top. The potatoes couldnt even be called a side. More like a sample. There were about 5 or 6 potato home fries in this tiny container with nacho cheese sauce and a dot of sour cream. We got home i had to fix my husband food because the 2 tacos and a potato weren't enough. I will never go there again. Oh and i had stomach issues for 3 days after. Sorry taco bell. You lost our buisness forever.

This is the “breakfast box” we received. The crunch wrap looked like someone stepped on it. They didn’t give us the hash browns that are included in the box and also gave us mild taco sauce instead of breakfast salsa. The coffee machine was also “down”. Trash🚮

The drive thru is terrible for a truck with any extra length. The big turn after you leave the window is very sharp.
