Taco Bell - Fast food restaurant in Tucson - 7140 N Thornydale Rd, USA

I am not sure how to even express how I feel about this location. My family loves taco bell, especially the different $5 boxes. Not only does it make it affordable for a family of seven to “eat out” but also gives us an opportunity to try different things we usually wouldn’t. The customer service the last few times we have gone, amazing. We often use the drive through and you don’t expect much interaction, but they listen to the order, repeat the order, confirm the order, they engage at the window to triple confirm. They never skip a beat during the process. We have some picky eaters, so often have lots of modifications. I have RARELY received an order that wasn’t served exactly as i ordered it, labeled and all. If I do end up with a mistake, I chalk it up to a busy or a tough day- because it hardly ever happens. I am the General Manager of a couple of local restaurants here in Tucson, and understand completely the importance of normalizing POSITIVE reviews. Your entire staff for this location deserves praise. In the three years that we have been visiting this location, they have only gotten better. Great job to all of the staff!

Odd to rate a Taco Bell 5-stars but you get what is expected. Their food is good quality and consistent. You can customize where need and the variety is good. Fast service, friendly staff, and affordable food.

Typical fast food restaurant. I know that this is the coming thing, by having the staff ask you to use the kiosk instead of talking to a human is getting really tiring. If they want to cut staff just have a driver through.

If I could give them a zero rating I would, advertising a discount for veterans and they don't and when you do ask they intentionally become rude and disrespectful then completely mess up your order. They intentionally put greasy meat in the burrito and when I said something about it they laughed and said yes they did put the extra grease in it. Needless to say, don't mention that your a veteran and definitely don't complain about the food. And definitely will be calling corporate Monday morning ~

Took 15 minutes to get my food even when there was only 1 car in the drive through. Once I was handed the order with my name on it, I left. Got home to find out it was not even my order, or even food I could eat.

The food is fast, cheap and good. And you thought you could not get all 3! Well except cinnamon twists, those are trash!!!! Seriously take them off the menu and make a churro.

First they screwed up by giving me only five sauces for 8 tacos and a burrito grilled cheese box, that I didn't even receive in a box they put it in a little bag so when I noticed the cheese sauce was open and got all over my sauces so I went back. I ASKED FOR THE MANAGER, SOME GIRL NAMED ALEXIS CAME TO THE WINDOW AND I SHOWED HER THE MESS THEY GAVE ME IN THE BAG, AND I SAID, REALLY?? The manager Alexis didn't even apologize all she says is do you want me to get you another nacho cheese, I said well, NO DUH!! Really, Alexis?? Are you seriously THAT clueless??? Nothing but a bunch of screw ups at this location that don't pay attention to your orders. My first time going there to place my order in the first place I had to tell the lady to give me my son's large Pepsi with no ice she says didn't I just give you a medium one I said yes that was mine mine son ordered a large Pepsi with no ice. I said LARGE, lady!!

Went through the drive-through the other night and usually when you go through the drive-through late at night you know you’re getting garbage food, but this wasn’t bad at all I mean it was really really good. Was so surprised that the food was actually really good late at night that I came back here to do this review.
