First as we were driving away we noticed that they did not give us our strawberry twist then once we got to the drive-thru window I showed them the fries they gave us and asked him if it was a small or large they said small because I already eat the small they could not give me anymore even though I ordered a large when I told her we'll give me another small and we'll call that one large she barely feels it up and slammed the window shut angrily because I asked for what I paid for then when eating the new strawberry twist it has almost no strawberry flavoring at all on it like they didn't season it at all. This person should not be a manager whatsoever if she can't even get the orders right and when you tell them that they forgot something gets all mad and upset about it and didn't want to give us what we pay for
Good service, even after midnight. Staff made fresh food and was very polite.
I love taco bell..but this location I have mixed reviews about..it hard to get in and out of traffic wise at A certain point of the day.. the person on my last visit was kinda rude and seem in a hurry to push us through. But the food was hot 🔥
Floors were a little sticky but that's okay. I definitely recommend the blast and the chicken taco!! I would eat again!! When my children ate it, they physically went NYAS. Love it!!
I hope I’m spelling his name correctly but Emmanuel at the drive-through did a very good job at serving us. Was polite, professional and went above and beyond and should definitely get credit for satisfying 2 customers. I will be back to this Taco Bell for that amazing atmosphere!
This location in particular is to be commended. When I pass through this area, I usually grab some Taco Bell and they are CONSISTENT. Fast, friendly, fresh and ACCURATE. Efficiency at its finest and an example of what the franchise is supposed to be.
Food was pretty good as usual. Never perfect, but, who really does anyway. No complaints here. Box combos come in a bag when they're out of the boxes. You get your own sauce, napkins, and straws. Totally fine by me. Quiet atmosphere. General cleanliness, including the restroom. Ample parking. Drive-thru stays pretty busy. Overall, a place I enjoy coming to quite often.
Ordered spicy beef nacho fiesta didn’t have the jalapeños, beefy five layer burrito didn’t have any sauce. The workers seemed to be aggravated at something because they were all saying bruh bruh ,bruh ,man come on bruh.

Place is usually easy to get in and out of. Frozen meals make busy days' dinner easy. Better than frozen grocery store, not quite homemade. Bakery items are always fresh and good.
This is about the only place in Monroe that you can find hot tamales. There is another place but they don't stay open year round. We have been eating at Southside Coney Island for triple digit years. Yes try them out. You won't be disappointed.
