The Taco Bell on King Street has become UNSAFE!!! This guy threatened a young female - he made gun motions and he said he was gonna shoot- two different times. I called 911 & we waited over 8 MINUTES before cops arrived. The young woman left and the Taco Bell staff wouldn’t get involved with the police?!?!! The staff knew him they said. He is a regular there. The police walked him out and let him walk away?? They couldn’t help because the Taco Bell Bell Staff wouldn’t assist and the victim left. It is super sad that you can’t go to a restaurant and eat without this kind of crazy atmosphere. Taco Bell needs SECURITY! They have security at many public places and it is needed.
The nacho fries were completely cold. Hadn't been warm for quite some time. The staff has no personality and doesn't acknowledge customers. And it is $2.49 for a 10 Oz soft drink!!!! They won't make it long here and don't fit the old town vibe at all and are making no effort to try
No complaints about this new Taco Bell (Cantina) concept. Ok food at fair price and if you are old enough you can wash it down with an alcoholic beverage. Has some outdoor seating, nice employees....this place gives the average Joe a place to eat in Old Town that is mostly very expensive. Drink Up!

I used to love coming here. The last 2 times I’ve come the staff are openly my hostile. I get it, it’s a last stop for those on a night out but it’s nothing every other restaurant and bar isn’t dealing with. The staff repeatedly banged on the metal counters with their utensils and screamed at people. Probably about every 10min.
I’ve been here twice and had the exact same experience both times. These employees will *literally* pretend you don’t exist until you raise your voice to get their attention. Standing there for minutes without a word. They make it abundantly clear how little they care about this job.
Food was fine, but customer service was appalling. Manager at counter singled out certain groups and had no problem trying to publicly humiliate them by yelling at them for trivial matters. I get that these are minimum wage workers, and it's a Taco bell, but I have never seen such blatant and embarrassing attacks on customers before. Just awful.
I know Taco Bell isn't the most consistent restaurant, but this one certainly is. Consistently bad, I mean. Every time I think "maybe one more chance", I regret it. Whether it be a lack of substance in my food, the food is old/dry, or the flavor just somehow sucks, it's always a bad time. Don't eat here.

Quick service. Free peanuts. The fries come in a small cup but rest goes in you're bag so large portion. Home style. Made fresh. 2 thin hamburger patties but large portion. Unlimited toppings no extra charge.

Been here plenty of times! Itâs great if you want to see ducks, turtles, etc. The park is so beautiful and itâs a good way to explore nature! I usually come here with my family during the summer when we do our early morning walks.
