Taco Bell - Fast food restaurant in Las Vegas - 3264 S Nellis Blvd, USA

I order soft potatoes tacos with no lettuce but give me extra lettuces and tortilla was cold

Went through the drive through, was told to wait in front. Waited in front for 10min, nobody brought out my food. Went inside, waited another 5min for help, stated the issue of waiting for my order, and waited another 10min. Finally the guy who took my order talked to me, and went to try and have the food made for me. It was only 3 people working and there was a lot of customers, so it's hard to fault them fully. But the only girl working was flipping out, saying she was going to walk out. A manager came in to work her shift and was immediately hounded by this girl to get to work otherwise she'd leave. I still didn't have my food at this point, but it was another 5min till I got my food which was put together terribly. It was due to the girl, my tacos weren't even folded right as all my insides were falling out. Didn't even properly put the right ingredients on. The guy who helped me get my food maintained his calmness the entire time and managed through the fire. She, she couldn't even manage making a taco! She should be fired.

Well, I went in and was told to do self-service, then was told to use an app. Well I asked can't I just tell you what I want and order. He huffed. And finally, took my order. Then he had to ask for help. He gave me my receipts had stood there waiting for my cup. i had to ask for it. Then he said oh that drink machine doesnt work. Well if it didnt work why didn't he ask me what i wanted to drink. As you can see on my receipt I ordered a large . And was given a small. The place was extremely dirty. Bathrooms are locked you have to ask permission to use them and they are extremely dirty.

We ordered waited & Waited decided we use the bathroom nope they couldn't find the key to use them!!! Still waiting we are the only people in the place yet the drive thru is getting there food give me the key to the bathroom or give me my food... And this is what I get for my money???

Bought the party pack to take to lunch for friends. The shells were so old and stale. Terrible. This is the 3rd time at this location. It is close by but it is terrible. We just have stop going to this location. I need to bring back their terrible food.

I've had multiple wrong orders from this location on large orders for my family. Service is usually fast, but the accuracy lacks. Dining room feels crowded easily and usually has flies

We waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes to then get to the order screen and there was a sign that said "No credit cards, Cash Only" the the person comes on and says the are only taking cash. I replied, " Why would you not put that sign way back at where you enter the line so people can be aware of your only accepting cash at that time. And there is no way to get out of line. So I wasted another 10 minutes waiting for the line to move so I could leave. So annoying!

Taco Bell's Mexican Taco is my favorite and that's what I had and it was tasty as ever! Only thing is the price. It costed almost $6.00 which, in my opinion, is WAY overpriced. They should cost $2.50.
