Taco Bell - Fast food restaurant in Farmington - 2226 E Main St, USA

Ordered a large fry. The one cup of cheese they give you for a small wasn't enough. So while my fries were still warm, I went and ordered another cup of cheese and a 12pk of Cinnabon bites to try them. 23 min. later all I had was cold fries. Neither of the items I ordered and come out yet, had to ask for a refund. Ridiculously slow.

Had a big order for multiple people. The girl taking the order wouldn't be quiet long enough to hear what I was ordering. Every 3 seconds it was "is that all" she didn't confirm anything and just rushed me on. When I got the order, everything was crammed into one bag. Burritos on the bottom crushed and spewing out. I ordered extra red sauce and no onion on 6 bean burritos, they all had onion and no sauce. 2 crunch wraps with extra nacho cheese and they came without any cheese but I sure was charged for the extras. They also jipped me on 4 soft tacos. I called to attempt to fix the problem but was hung up on. Guess what guys. You don't deserve $15 an hour you deserve to be unemployed. $70 order and half of it went in the trash. I won't be back.

Ordered four $5 boxes and cashier handed them out all separately. Had to ask for a bag to make carrying them easier. Not a big deal cause at least she gave us our drinks in a drink holder… Also asked for mild sauce and napkins got home and there was none at all. Opened my taco and it was a cracked mess, basically needed a fork to eat it because the shell was cracked and the bottom was so soggy it just fell apart. My daughter burritos supreme was also a soggy mess and we ate it as soon as we got home and I only live maybe 5 minutes from this location so that tells me the tacos and burritos had probably been sitting for a while and they decided we were going to be the lucky ones to get them 😏

Literally the rudest drive through worker ever. I've worked fast food I understand that it is stressful but when she literally dumped half the drink all over my mom cause the lid wasn't on right and was to worried with shoving it in my moms hands. Had serious attitude when we asked for napkins like it was inconvenient for her. And she didn't even apologize!! Like how rude can you be?

Made an online order, upon pickup they didn’t include the drinks I had to ask for them, then they screwed up the order by adding things that were asked to be removed. This location has gone downhill

I grabbed food for a family members and myself, we purchased a chalupa and a Doritos locos taco along with other items. My chalupa had the minimum amount of beef inside, it was about 50% lettuce and not much anything else. As for the Doritos taco, we never received it. We called and were put on hold and never received any help over the matter. I was also charged twice for the order and never received a refund for 1 of them. Little to say I won’t be returning to this location.

Very clean, fast service, but my 5 layer burrito only had beans and cheese-no meat, no rice-just beans and the "liquid" cheese. A little disenchanted over that.

Didn't like their stuffed sopapilla Bread way too dense Hard to cut into the bread chewing was even worse
