Most people only post reviews after a negative experience. But I just gotta say, this Taco Bell location rocks. It is WAY better than any others in the area. Sure, the drive-thru takes a bit longer sometimes, but they always get my order correct, I am never missing any items, and their service is phenomenal.
What a joke. It took 40 minutes from the time I placed my online order for them to give it to me. I asked them several times why it said it was ready in the app, and they just said it wasn't ready yet. Then they told me they had made it and accidentally gave it away to someone else. After the long wait, I was missing a couple of items from the order. When I told them, they insisted that they had put them in the order. I had to physically pull out the items and count them for them. Do not go to this taco bell!
Great food but the manager was extremely rude and wouldn’t listen. He wouldn’t let me say my name when they kept mishearing it, said I was at the wrong location and wouldn’t give me a chance to spell my name or give them my order number. When I said I placed the order in the app then minutes ago he rudely waved me away and told me to around again. When I did they magically found my order and the poor employee apologized for her managers weird behavior. So disappointing because this location is otherwise good and I haven’t had any problems here before this. They should probably get a manager who’s better at customer service interactions….
The guy that took my order had excellent customer service. The person that made the food my burrito supreme was cold. The taco was great. Even the coffee was the high in my burrito no Bueno. Taco bell is easily one of my favorite fast food options. This location is always clean and quick . You really get a good value with taco bell at great taste can't beat it
I never wrote reviews before, but god, I had to finally break the silence. This was the worst food I've ever eaten in my life. I haven't eaten Taco Bell in 14 years because the last time I did, I got food poisoning for a whole week straight. I was thinking of giving it another chance since probably the last time could have just been the establishment. I got a few popular items from the menu. It was disgusting, bland, and was painful to finish since it cost so much. I'm glad to say that in the spand of 14 years of not eating Taco Bell, I haven't missed a single thing. If I could have known this was going to happen, I would have kept my distance far away from Taco Bell. I wish I could get my time, money, and the pain it caused my stomach. This was a learning experience, and I've learned that I'll never eat Taco Bell ever again.
Great location for a Taco Bell! Drive thru goes quickly and the order is always correct. I go a bit farther just to eat at this Taco Bell because it’s so nice!

This was a great spot for lunch. The cheesesteak and chicken sandwich were fantastic. The staff was extremely nice and friendly. Great spot to get something quick and on the go. Next time I am in San Diego, I am coming back.
