Taco Bell - Fast food restaurant in Crossville - 197 Peavine Rd, USA

My husband went there on Thursday Dec 21st at 610pm. (Roughly)He said the male employee cared more about talking to the 4 or 5 employees not working, then paying attention to him and his order. The male employee and the other staff just cared about bashing some manager and paid NO attention to my husband as he ordered. Our order was wrong. No surprise there!! We rarely eat out and almost never do fast-food and this was our first time at this Taco Bell. Not sure what the staff is paid, but it's too much!! Horrible service and the food was cold. Nice job employee 👏 you need to grow up and show up to work! It's not a social event it's a job.

Use to be good however the last two times was disappointed. The employees are still very nice although food has gone down hill. The grease they use permeated through out and drowned out the flavor. I couldn't wait to brush my teeth and get the horrible taste out of my mouth

Haven’t been to Taco Bell in years. Was pleasantly surprised. The food was good hot and enough. The dining room was very minimal, many restaurants are going this direction.

This taco bell is friendly fast and they actually get the food right. Not old and tastes great. This isn't some fake review it's real. It's your choice to believe and try or not. Hope this helps have a good day.

Called phone number for Taco Bell on peavine Road and it goes straight to voicemail, saying that this person can no longer take message. In my opinion that’s not to professional. In my order I got chalupas that were stale fiesta potatoes that literally had like a quarter of the cup filled. I don’t want to get anyone in trouble but if your phone was to pickup it would’ve been a big deal after spending 31 dollars on food for 2 adults and a child.

Lady took my order was in too much of a hurry, she kept repeating herself, would not listen got my order wrong as I was asking for sauce she closed the window. Very rude. 2 of the tacos were not wrapped fully and upside down in the bag every where. I didn't get to have lunch at work that night.

Crossville's best fast food. Great team. Take care of them and keep doing what you're doing. It's working.
