Taco Bell - Fast food restaurant in Oakdale - 901 E F St, USA

Went thru the drive thru, ate in the parking lot. Went inside to wash my hands, no towels OR towel dispenser and no air blower. Really can't believe that corporate is okay with that setup, or the health department.

This is the third time this month they messed up on my order. The manager Alex was rude, there was two people that had complaints in line before me and one after me that they messed up on the order. We're waiting longer than 15 minutes for simple burritos and tacos, one of them said that he wanted his money back and when I said something to the manager about the complaints she said "if they're hungry they can wait people wait a lot longer and she and didn't care, they can wait or go someplace else. My previous review when Dunya was the manager was 5 stars. Since then other businesses in the area have been complaining about the service as well I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT! I am in the top 10% Google of reviewers and seldom dive bad reviews. This one gets -2 Stars! Precious review. Kenny, Debbie, and Christiana have been the best at making our visit though drive-though great. Keep up the good work. A+ on service

Went through the drive thru during noon lunch rush and it was a perfect experience. The staff were friendly, actually asked if I wanted a receipt (most places don't ask you and don't give one unless you request it), and as a former taco bell worker I could tell that the food was made correctly. One item usually served wrong is the crunchy taco but this location gave me a taco shell the correct shape, unbroken, the correct amount of beef, "visually full" of lettuce as per correct standards, and honestly a little more cheese than is required, like 3 fingers instead of 2. Would recommend coming back to this location

Best Taco Bell I’ve been to in a long time. The staff was very nice and they did a great job at pronouncing my partners name. The food was so filled it was amazing.

Tacos are pretty much always good Services I guess it's okay it's they drive through and the atmosphere I'm in my car there's no atmosphere..but they shouldn't advertise a LG drink in their combo's if they don't have LG glasses

Delicious. I don't know any better deal than the $5 box. You literally get five awesome items for $5. Freshly made every time.

Austin was awesome while we were going through the drive-thru and was very straightforward and told us everything we needed to know. Even though we were there pretty late at night everyone served us without any complaints whatsoever! Thx Taco Bell 🔔.
